Luke not only came on time, but he actually arrived early. He cleaned the drain stop, the pipes, he replaced the trap, checked for leaks, checked the entire area to ensure it was fixed, and then poured a cap full of some special Total Drain product to seal the deal. Excellent service, incredibly nice and personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent. He showed us everything he pulled out of our yucky drain (it's always the wife's fault lol). Thanks for the excellent service. Would not hesitate to call and ask for Luke again.

During the 5-minute service call, the plumber, David, initially reported that the bath tub drain caused the water leak, then quickly changed it to an issue with the shower system when I stated it only leaks during showers. He did not bring any equipment to detect the water leak and promised to email the quote, but never followed up or emailed the quote. Bad experience.

RIP OFF, SO RUDE, STAY AWAY!! I had to call multiple times a week FOUR WEEKS STRAIGHT to finally get the paperwork I needed for my water heater warranty, which was 15 WEEKS AFTER MY SERVICE. The customer service reps were nice and tried to help, but only a manager had the authority to do what I needed. Tim Rice, the manager I eventually spoke to, was so disrespectful of my time and the fact that I was out thousands of dollars, with the reimbursement process hinging on his help. When I asked for specifics on my invoice, he lazily replied with a quick answer that did not include several items on the invoice that required explanation. When I asked for a receipt of purchase of my water heater, he told me it would be """"too hard to track down."""" When I told him my water heater company needed it and I had been calling for four weeks to get one, he said """"WOW,"""" in a sarcastic, misogynistic, rude tone. My water heater company also told me I had been significantly overcharged for the replacement, too. TLDR; overcharged, treated terribly. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

There should be a zero rating option. Poor customer service! I scheduled the appointment on line and received confirmation. I took off work to be home only to get a call at the last minute to tell me that my time window was changed - unacceptable! I called to inquire about the dispatch fee that was added onto my final bill and was greeted with lots of laughing and loud talking in the background that was so loud, the agent I was trying to speak with couldnt hear me. I commented on the loud noise and was put on perpetual hold with a horrible on hold message about being left on hold - I guess they think that is funny but it just irritated me more. Bottom line ... this company does not follow what other companies do as far as waiving the dispatch fee if you get service with them. I understand paying the fee if they just came out to diagnose and give a quote only ... but I actually needed them to do the job, which I paid for in addition to the dispatch fee. I will never use this company again! With that being said ... the technician that came out was great. My issue wasn't about him at all ... it's about the poor customer service when you call or go online to schedule.

Mr rooter charged me more than 1k to fix a leak in my ceiling. They replaced some pipes, but the leak was still there after they left. When I asked them to come fix it, I was met with rude customer service and no willingness to come back out or fix the leak. They got the money and left. They did not resolve the issue and I had to go with a different company. When I requested a refund or even to just speak with a manager, they refused to speak with me or give me any sort of refund. Complete waste of money

It took 4 trips to my home to fix/replace a leaky kitchen faucet . I went with this company because they responded immediately and was available the very next morning. No mask. Dirty uncovered work boots tracking dirt through my home. Absolutely no accountability at all taken by the plumber for incorrect initial installation. They did work to correct the problem after I called to complain so I won't completely trash the company, but improvements need to be made. After reading a few other reviews I am so glad that I didn't have a major problem.

Jason Benson has visited my home twice, and he is wonderful! He gave great recommendations to address my plumbing issues and saved me a ton of money. Very honest and helpful! He has won me over as a loyal customer for all my future plumbing needs.

My husband's original service call was scheduled between 11 AM and 2 PM on Friday 4/30. He was told that, due to call outs, they had limited staff availability but that they would still send someone in the afternoon closer to 2 PM. The plumber (Lucas Wade) didn't arrive until nearly 7 PM. I asked that he sign a form to certify that he installed the toilet as this was needed stay in compliance with Dekalb County Code and receive continued water service. Upon paying and receiving comments that """"late calls are normally expensive"""" (despite the fact that this was now 7 hours after our original appointment) he mentioned he did not have his license to sign the Dekalb Compliance form. He said he would come by Saturday, 5/1 to sign the form. After waiting until noon and calling, he was told he wouldn't come as it was """"inconvenient"""" for him and he would need to drive up to Roswell, GA on Monday (5/3) morning. So essentially, this call was completed by an unlicensed plumber, and Mr. Rooter representatives refuse to make any attempt to rectify this. Almost every person we spoke to on the phone was rude and unaccommodating even though this has been a Mr Rooter screw up from the very beginning. The fact that it was even SUGGESTED and now being offered as the ONLY solution that we drive 45 minutes away on a Monday morning to get paperwork signed that should have been signed 4/30 by a LICENSED plumber is so incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and ridiculous.

Mike McIntyer came to my home after hours due to a emergency. The Covid delayed installation a couple of days. Mike did an excellent job and saved me $500.00.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Found Mr. Rooter & Drain plumbing company in the North Atlanta Verified Home Services booklet. Mr. Rooter is listed as a """"verified"""" vendor but I'm unsure how they the made this list because they are LIARS and unreliable. This company was a NO CALL, NO SHOW on two occasions. We scheduled an appt, Tuesday, Jan 12, 2021 for Sat, Jan 16, 2021, 11- 2 pm. No call, no show. When we called to find out what happened, we were told """"the rep kept calling you but no one answered the phone."""" This is a LIE, no one called but we rescheduled for Monday, January 18, 11 am -2 pm. Monday, January 18, 2021, we made certain that our phones were front and center, ringer volume on """"high"""" so that there were no incidences of supposed 'missed' calls. At 12:30 pm my husband, Joe Cook, called Mr. Rooter to make sure the rep was coming. There was no answer then at 12:51 pm, my husband received a text message from Mr. Rooter stating, """"Mailbox is full///Due to an excessive amount of emergency calls, we will be unable to make your appointment . Your appointment has been rescheduled to Sat, 1.23 @11-2 Please call our office at 770-640-1125 if this is not convenient for you. We truly appreciate your patience."""" 3:00 pm, Monday, Jan 18, 2021, rolls around and still no rep. We called and was told by Barbara, """"the rep tried to call your husband three times and his voicemail is full and proceeded to play his voice recording."""" My husband's phone NEVER rang. Again, my husband's phone NEVER RANG. We have a screenshot of his phone to show that NO ONE reached him via phone, the call was never made. They continued to LIE, I continued to scream and eventually hung up. When I called back, I proceeded to tell Barbara how easy it is to call someone, immediately press """"1"""" and the voicemail will come on without their phone ever ringing. She was surprised and stated she had no idea that could be done. I then spoke with the Manager, Stephanie, who also peddled the same LIES and disingenuous excuses as to why the rep didn't show up. My point to Stephanie was, why on earth would we sit at home, AGAIN, waiting on a rep to show up and not answer our phones??!!! Why?!! It makes no sense! Mr. Rooter had no intention of providing service to us. This company deliberately lied, showed ZERO integrity or accountability, and kept accusing us of not having answered our phone, AGAIN. Still in need of a plumber, I decided to search Yelp. Low and behold, Mr. Rooter Plumbing Roswell popped up and I was shocked by the sheer number of bad/ """"1"""" star reviews. As Brian O. stated below, this company is absolutely PATHETIC! Several reviews even implicated Barbara and Stephanie, the Manager, for their misleading and poor customer service. Bottomline, Mr. Rooter has proven to be """"verified"""" liars and should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.
