Mr. Rooter Plumbing serves as your expert plumbing provider, backed by years of experience and knowledge. David Duck established Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1970, launching his first branch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck launched his plumbing company, naming it Mr. Rooter. After discussions between Duck and Don Neighborly, The Neighborly Group acquired Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989. Despite selling the business rights and original franchises, Duck maintained ownership of his shop in Oklahoma City. Today, David Duck continues to be a franchise owner.
