Mr. Rooter Plumbing is your go-to plumbing company with extensive experience and expertise. In 1970, David Duck founded Mr. Rooter Plumbing, opening the first location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck started his own plumbing business, adopting the name Mr. Rooter. Following negotiations with Don Neighborly, The Neighborly Group purchased Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989. Although Duck sold the rights to the business and its original franchises, he retained his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck remains a franchise owner to this day.
