Mr. Rooter Plumbing serves as your expert plumbing provider, backed by years of experience and knowledge. David Duck established Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1970, launching his first branch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck started his own plumbing business, adopting the name Mr. Rooter. The Neighborly Group took over Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989 after negotiations between Duck and Don Neighborly. Although Duck sold the rights to the business and its original franchises, he retained his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck remains a franchise owner to this day.
