Mr. Rooter Plumbing is your go-to plumbing company with extensive experience and expertise. In 1970, David Duck founded Mr. Rooter Plumbing, opening the first location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck launched his plumbing company, naming it Mr. Rooter. After discussions between Duck and Don Neighborly, The Neighborly Group acquired Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989. Although Duck sold the rights to the business and its original franchises, he retained his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck remains a franchise owner to this day.
