If you need the camera service get someone else they ran the camera down my line no video never showed me the problems just said cleaned the line needs whole line replaced. In 48 days it stopped up again I called in said technician would call me on Jan 10. After several calls from me never returned by anyone I was called today said the warranty was for 30 days sorry Why if that is the case I should have been told when I first called in I was told it would be explained Seems if you pay almost 400 for a service and the line was cleaned it would not have backed up for some time be careful when paying for this service make sure the technician shows you the problem and make sure you understand your 30 day warranty because it says nothing about that on the invoice.

These people have no skills. They rush through the job like they need to get to the airport. When they install water lines, they don't put dirt underneath the pipe, so then they backfill on top of the pvc line and it bends under stress only to break in a few months. When they connect water lines they make sure to get plenty of dirt inside first, so then you cut on the water and it flushes the dirt straight into your home and water regulator. Of course now you need to call them again to come fix this new problem which they will disavow. While you're enjoying all this you can listen to their employee drone on about how he's thinking about filing workman's comp for his back, or maybe you'll just sit back and take in the cigarette smoke. They install water valves backwards. They tear up your yard with their tractor. They rush through their final cover ups so that you have to just pay someone else to do it all again. Your complaints will go ignored. They will guarantee NOTHING. You may be grossly overcharged, and, if you aren't overcharged it's irrelevant, because you're going to have to hire another plumber and landscaper to do it all over anyway. They should give up, shut down, and go to work for Burger King. No, wait... I like Burger King.

I was considering a contact for an estimate on some drainage problems but when I was advised by a friend of the poor customer service and lack of responsibility for the poor workmanship I decided to move on. Hopefully she will get some resolve with her contacting better business with her claim.

I've used Mr Rooter Anderson previously with no issues, they've done good work for me and always prompt and courteous. So I called them to install 2 toilets in our lakehouse. Simple job that I could do but one I'd prefer a professional to tackle. The toilets cost about $150/each. When the technician arrived, he looked them over and said installation of each would be """"just north of $200"""". I told him that was more than I paid for the toilets but OK since he was here and prepared. It took he and his helper an hour. And then he sticks me with a $745.90 invoice! At that point, what am I to do? I mean, they're already installed. To his credit, the work was good but I feel more than a bit taken.

Mr Rooter of Anderson needs to be watched closely. They came in to fix a faucet. The technician told us it would be about $125 for the part. We said OK. It took him 20 mins to install it. After he was finished he had my husband sign the work order on his iPad. All it was - was a signature block. He said sign here that I completed the job. Then he swiped the page and said """"and one more time here please"""". An hour later we received an invoice via email for $389. WHAT??????? So we called the office and said - this is not what we were quoted. We were told we """"signed"""" the quote and authorized the work before it was done. We explained that we """"signed"""" nothing before the work was done but that we signed 2 screens when he was finished. His quote was verbal at $125 for the part. Also the invoice is NOT BROKEN DOWN. It's one lump sum. So you don't see how much the part is vs the labor. We asked for a breakdown and they said that's NOT how they do things. We told them we are not paying almost $400 which is double what we expected. They basically have said TOUGH,, we said to come take the faucet back and they are refusing. DO NOT CALL MR ROOTER OF ANDERSON. and look up online and you will see pages of complaints regarding the same issue.

I had no problem with their service. I got a next day appointment for a water heater replacement. What I was quoted for cost is what I got charged and I received an itemized statement. The tech was friendly and installed the water heater efficiently. He explained all questions I had. I even got a call from the office stating the tech had erroneously overcharged me on some septic cleaner I bought and apologized for the tech's mistake. I would use them again.

No stars. The plumbers were to arrive between 11&1. But they never showed. I called around 4 to inquire, and the rude person at the business text to check with the plumbers, and they said the could get there late that night or early the next morning. Really? Thanks, but no thanks. She never gave a reason why they didn't come. Don't use this company. Liars, rude, and unprofessional!!!

Nathan arrived on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We scheduled to have a septic tank cleaned out on a home we had just purchased. Not having a clue where this tank might be, Nathan within minutes was able to locate and assess. He was efficient, quick, and extremely clean! (which is very important) He left the area where he had to dig in great condition. Guys that actually do great work like Nathan are hard to find these days. The monetary rate for the service was just below market average for the multitude of companies that I had contacted. I will be using Mr. Rooter from here on out!

Reading all these reviews makes me laugh. Kent came to my home to pump my septic tank. He spent the first 30 minutes whining about the location of the tank, you know, like a little baby girl. He then proceeded to open my clogged toilet, turned to my wife (who has Crohn's disease), and exclaimed """"EWW"""", you know, like a little baby girl. On his way out, he decided to get one last jab in on my wife who was feeling humiliated, embarrassed, scared, and frustrated, """"Y'all need to quit eating all that Taco Bell."""" Now, I don't want to be too hard on Kent; he's just a poor little baby girl who was forced into being a plumber and having to look at poopy. I truly feel bad for Kent, and I hope Mr. Rooters will allow Kent to find a new job that is more fitting for a little baby girl like Kent. He's a princess and deserves to be treated as such! Upon calling and speaking to a manager, I was informed that they would look into it and perhaps do some """"retraining."""" I assume this retraining must consist of """"Everybody Poops 101"""" and """"How Not to Attack People with Chronic Illnesses for Beginners."""" However, I have the feeling that Kent """"Little baby girl afraid of poopy"""" Clemons will not learn much, and it doesn't change the fact that I paid $1800 to have my wife heckled by a little baby girl disguised as a full-grown ass man. Find another plumber or request that they send out an adult and not a child, like Kent Clemons.
