We had some significant flooding in our church kitchen March during the weekly community meal, when the dishwasher is used a lot. The next morning Flannery and another Mr. Rooter rep determined that a plugged grease trap was the culprit. A number of us from the church had assumed that the grease trap was being service regularly, but it wasn't. Flannery shoveled more than 100 pounds of solid grease into thick plastic bags. We thought that took care of the problem, but during the next community meal we had more flooding.
Flannery returned the next morning, went right to the grease trap and found something he didn't encounter the first time: grease packed in the outgoing baffle and a vapor lock from the grommet. He corrected the issue and cleaned out more grease from the trap. We did not get charged for the second visit. Everything is draining nicely now! We appreciated the good service.

Unbelievable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Called yesterday and asked if they could service on Saturday. They said yes, and then could not give me ANY pricing information. Not even a range. They said they could, however, send someone out to provide a free estimate. I gave them my address. They gave me a time period for service from 8am to 5pm...ok, so the whole day. I even accepted that answer. This morning, they call me to tell me that the plumber will be here in 10 min. Twenty minutes go by. I call, and they reassure me he is coming. THEN 5 minutes later, they call and say...""sorry, you technically live in Corvallis, but you are in the Philomath area."" I tell her, ummm...no...that's why I have a Corvallis address. And you said NOTHING about this yesterday or this morning. So, they wasted my time and left me in a lurch. I have a clogged shower, but what if it was spilling onto the floor? Do they do this to people on the regular. And apparently the people who answer the phones can do nothing. They can't or won't connect you with anyone who CAN do something. It is one of the worst customer relations experiences I've ever had.

My water tank leaked, I called them in the morning, John arrived swiftly, and suggested me to replace it since mine was used for 16 years, which I agreed. In the afternoon, they finished the job, very efficient with quality satisfaction.

Great professional team of Plumbers knowledgeable above and beyond service and friendly the guys that fixed our broken sewer line were up to the task. They took care to do a thorough job without causing a mess and left us with a new line and clean lawn,sidewalks and street. We highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs!
