He determined the garbage disposal needed replacement. He had the new one with him and promptly replaced the old one. He was professional in his work and in conversation before, during and after the job was successfully completed.

When our home warranty sent Mr. Rooter of Abilene to diagnose our water heater issue, I didn't know anything about them. They approved replacement of the water heater and Anthony did a great job, kept us informed, made sure we didn't have any questions and was just overall professional, kind and knowledgeable. This company is the worst. It took them three visits over a month trying to get simple plumbing problems fixed. The fourth trip I asked them to leave my house after they butchered my existing plumbing and bathtub. I have never ever seen anyone as unprofessional as these " plumbers " I wound up buying my own parts at the hardware store and inside of an hour I repaired what they couldn't do in three hours. and watch out because they will try to upsell you and convince you that you have more problems. my problem was allowing them to work on my house the first time!

Scammers!!!
Told insurance company they used leak detection equipment and didnt! Unless his magical Ipad was special and it wasnt. Just a couple of pictures and no clue where the leak was bc it took them 4 days to get out. Everything was dry. They said it was in the wall. I told them no bc drywall wasnt wet there. They kept saying the slab near the wall. Like i told him it was in the wall on the outside, its a stone house. Their quote was $2700.
After trying to deal w them and the insurance for more than 10 days, I fixed it in less than 2 hrs and $16 in parts.
BTW-it was in the stonewall like i told them.
NEVER USE THIS WANTA BE PLUMBING BUSINESS!!!!

Needed a plumber asap, called 4 different ones, it's Friday noon and no one could come until Monday. Finally, Mr. Rooter said they would send someone. Grady was here within 30 minutes and resolved the issue quickly. I'm so grateful! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this plumber!
