Jose G.I had a leak with my water heater leaking. My die-electric union broke. Service was excellent. Aalia started off by taking down my information and passing my concerns along to her manager. They then dispatched Sergio who was great. He knew all of the issues and helped teach me all the things I needed to know about what he was doing. Their price was pretty reasonable too for it being a Sunday. I highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any issues.
Johndookie M.It was 3 am FOUR days ago and I called the plumbing service because my toilet was clogged. I had been waiting since that night until yesterday.
When the employees were sent, my toilet had been clogged for FOUR days, so my house stank terribly. I did have Taco Bell, but that's beside the point.
Once the guy got to my house I was extremely embarrassed because of the smell and the ungodly sight of my shit in the toilet bowl. It was every where and over flowing at this point.
But I'm glad the guy was a trooper and cleaned and fixed it up too. Over all the value was mid but I was upset at the fact that it took the company almost FOUR days to send me a plumber.

They fixed the leak, detailed exactly what the issue was, and even checked the rest of the plumbing in my house for any issues. I signed up for an advantage plan and will be calling them for any future plumbing work!
