With a wealth of experience, Mr. Rooter® Plumbing stands as your go-to plumbing experts. David Duck established Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1970, launching the first location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He created his own plumbing business and adopted the name ""Mr. Rooter""

Following negotiations, Duck sold Mr. Rooter Plumbing to The Dwyer Group in 1989. Although Duck sold the business rights and original franchises, he retained his location in Oklahoma City. David Duck is still an active franchise owner today.
