Michelle M.Over the last 20 years I have hired every local plumbing company in the book. My experience with other plumbers has been that they have been courteous and patient. The crew was not. The lead guy showed up without a mask and seemed to be irritated that I asked him to wear a mask. Then he seemed irritated at my ignorance. Then he accused my family of running water in the middle of his work, and we absolutely did not. He showed disdain for our lawn full of trees and acting like we were idiots. No matter how I tried to engage him, it was an unpleasant experience. When they left, they left dirty gloves, mud or worse splattered around my basement possessions, clumps of I-hope-it-is-dirt on the stairs and basement. Is this normal?! OMG. Even if I need ""rooting"" again, I'll find any other company other than this one.
