Mr. Rooter Plumbing is your go-to plumbing company, backed by years of experience and professional insight. In 1970, David Duck founded Mr. Rooter Plumbing, opening his initial location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck opened his plumbing service and called it Mr. Rooter. After discussions between Duck and Don Neighborly, The Neighborly Group purchased Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989. While Duck sold the rights to the business and its original franchises, he retained his shop location in Oklahoma City. David Duck is still a franchise owner today.
