We have used Mr. Rooter for many years and they have always done a great job. They send technicians timely- usually same day. They are always polite, and knowledgeable. Recently had frozen water spigots and Mr. Blankenship came out and offered several solutions. There was no pressure to select one over the other. He did a great job on the repairs and explained everything as he went along. Would definitely recommend!

Will Huffman and his supervisor, Joe, did a very thorough inspection including a smoke test to determine the cause of sewer gas smell in the house. They discovered the drain to our washer and dryer had not been installed properly. They went to work and remedied the problem. They were clean, prompt, and professional. They explained everything in advance and while they were working on it. We were very satisfied.

I needed a water valve replacement so that I could have a washing machine installed. Much to my surprise Paul Tomayko came out to my home on Saturday, November 10, to do the work. In addition he installed an emergency shut off valve for the washtub faucet, ball valves, supply lines and a new faucet. Paul was very professional and explained everything to me and the cost before proceeding. Looks like everything is in order for my installation. I would not hesitate to use this company again for my plumbing needs.

I called to have a water feed replaced for a refrigerator. Tom was there in 1/2 hour. Got everything done in 2 hours. Left the place clean. Gave good direction and advice. There is no good cheap plumbing. Only good plumbing. You get what you pay for and better off for not scrimping in the case of plumbing. I have used them in the past and will hire them again.
