If i could leave a 0 star review i would. Frederick Colorado office, closest office to Greeley. They will swindle you out of every dime they can and when they cannot get a penny from you they will try and put a lien on your home.
We had a sewer backup in our home on Memorial day. We had you guys come out and to find out our sewer line was broke. We paid you guys $9,033.25 out of pocket to get it fixed. The guy who came out to our house and talked to us suggested we have the other line jetted. We decided to do that, well the guy who jetted it said that line needed to be repaired even though we never had a problem with that line.
Long story short on the rest. Jacob from Mr. Rooter here in Colorado keeps calling and texting about payment. He calls me and my wife today 7/1/19 and tell us they are going to put a lien on our home unless the other $5,300 is paid today.
The toilet in the basement hasn't been on since memorial day, there are tools those guys left just laying in our backyard, pile of plywood, cement pieces laying in our backyard, the grass was torn up from that bobcat they brought in to dig up when they drove on the grass instead of the plywood.
With the way we have been treated and threatened with collection and a lien AFTER insurance has already talked to them. We shouldn't owe another dime.

Definitely get a second opinion. After supposedly repairing my laundry line by tunneling under my slab to replace cast iron pipes in 2017 for over $8000 it backed up again. They came out and supposedly unclogged it for $200. The first time I used it a few days later, it backed up, and they said it would be another $200 to come out again even though obviously they had not unclogged it. They said my kitchen line that connects to the laundry line needs replacing by tunneling g under the slab 30 feet for $16,000. That was all they could do.
I had another plumber come out, and he actually unclogged it. He snaked a camera 24 feet through the kitchen line and said that the pipes do not need replacing. He also said that if tunneling 30 ft under the slab were needed at this time, it would be $11,000. He further said that tunneling should always be the last option, not the first as it apparently is with Mr. Rooter.
Definitely get a second or even third recommendation before falling for their fear tactics. I'm glad I did.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. Im disgusted with this company, not only lied to me about having a leakage but also try to take $5500 from us. They ended up stealing only $1100 for doing absolutely nothing except shutting off the water.

Your employees CHAD and MIKE from your temple Tx office are very professional and knowledgeable. My son had them at his home for a problem and they detected the area of concern.
The problem began with the sub contractor hired to dig a tunnel under my sons home. The day they started the were to show up at 0800 they did not show up until 1100 and only had 2 people to work because the said they are coming from Dallas and that all they sent. Now coordinations were set up with this contractor to began the job and told my son the price that would be charged. A 2 day job too 3 days. Now it come for this contractor to fill in the tunnel, first additional money was added to the bill due to rocks they found during the dig. Strange I guess we were not to have rocks especially in Texas. Now 5 days after city inspectors gave ok to fill in the tunnel. They were to come and finish on Saturday so my son cleared his schedule to be home on Friday and Saturday and the contractor did not show to complete there job. My question is who determines who time is more important the home owners or the contractor. The contractor charge the home owners can the home owners charge Mr rooter and their contractor for their time waiting for the job to be completed???????? 254-368-8424. The supervisor named SHARLENE needs to remember the customer is always right not her unprofessional rude attitude!!!!!

I was thoroughly happy with the service I was given. They retrieved a ring for me with complete care. I am completely delighted with their services and I will recommend Rooters to anyone and everyone. From the beginning to the end I was taken care of.

I called Mr. Rooter because the toilet in my house was backed and the second toilet was removed due to a remodel. They showed up fast, were very nice and professional and told me they needed to dig up the cement around both of the toilets in my house to access the pipes to unclog the tree roots growing in them. They gave me an estimate of $5000 which was a whole lot of money but that was a desperate situation so I agreed to it. They did unclog the toilets by pulling out the tree roots and they installed new flanges on both toilet and repaired the one that was being used. They did not dig up cement, access pipes or pour new cement. However they sure charged me $5000. Not ethical treatment. I

This isn't the number for corporate offices, this is to a call center, they aren't helpful.

So disgusting the guy that came to my grandmother house smelled just like marijuana. He was high he could even talk straight. The job didn't get done. Such a waste of time. When I called to complain I was told the owner would give me a call, which I never received.
Do not recommend.

I was gobsmacked in the moment when Mr. Holden, the 'Mr. Rooter' technician, demanded $519.73 at the conclusion of the repairs. This charge was vastly higher than the $146.00 for each of the two jobs I was quoted.. The repairs were a flapper value on a toilet and a dripping bathtub tap. Total time was 1 hour ! I had no recourse because I had no written estimate as had been customary in past interactions with this company. Now, the technician said the company had gone "paperless." I had foolishly trusted the technician's and the company's integrity. I consequently had no document to prove there must be an error. Stunned, I handed my VISA card over and wondered what the cost was just to come to make an assessment? Is that how I'd misunderstood the final cost? Of course, that was never stated/given, either.
The Better Business Bureau of Ontario did not take action because I had no written estimate. Remember? The technician said the company was 'paperless' now . Too, the BBB said a company could charge whatever it wanted. Neither would the Head Office In Cambridge Ontario do anything. They said the charges were valid and at the company "rate." Bottom line: This company will rip you off and overcharge you. The technicians will lie to your face. You MUST get a written estimate and if they won't write one for you, tell them to leave immediately .

I called on Monday morning with an emergency smelling sewer gas in my house from a cast iron vent pipe that went bad. Scheduled an appointment the soonest they had like most places was 2 days later Weds 8-10 am. The appointment time has come and went and I called to get an update on when I should expect them only to be told they cancelled the appointment because we were at the edge of their service area and the closer customers were a priority. Now I am 2 days later with no fix and another 2 day wait for the new plumbers to get here. Most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I would save yourself problems and go with a different company.
