Mark M.My toilet in my bathroom in my basement has been clogged on and off for a few years now. I have the DTE protection plan and they sent out a plumber and all he did was say ""You have something clogged and you need a new toilet"" and then he left. I purchased a new toilet and same results. Called out two more plumbers and they both said ""Something is clogged in your stack on the roof"" Neither one even mentioned snaking the pipe. Finally I called Mr. Root Out and was given appointment and they came out on time and Harold and his partner diagnosed the problem right away and snaked out the pipe and found a clog of wipes in the pipes that Cottonelle promotes as flushable.. Harold told us ""they are not flushable and to stop putting them in the toilet"" Toilet is working great and the prices are good and if I ever need plumbing again I won't hesitate to call Mr.Root Out for my problem. Thank You!
Kimberly P.Loved that they showed up on time unclogged my Kitchen Drain in less than an hour. My drain was seriously clogged up bad. It was no way I could have did this job in that time manner. When you don't have the time to do something. You hire a professional and don't complain. $160.00 paying for me was not a problem.
