My garbage disposal stopped working and our newly installed shower was having issues. I called Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing after initially receiving a recommendation from an electrician I hired off of Yelp and Loved (Let there be Light Electric--another all 5 star review company) AND after reading all Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing reviews. Believe me when I say I was NOT disappointed. Arnie arrived on time, put on shoe covers, quickly discovered the issue with the shower and thoroughly and patiently walked me through the resolution of the valve issue and operation of the new multi-function valve. He then inspected the garbage disposal and again quickly resolved the problem. A new garbage disposal was not required. I greatly appreciated Arnie's timeliness, courtesy, plumbing expertise, and patience in explaining plumbing to a layperson! You won't be disappointed if you hire Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing!

We received excellent service from Shyla in the office and Tiffany, the pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and skilled plumber, who came at the scheduled time, replaced the toilet for us, checked the water pressure and left the job site immaculate.

We believed that the price, which included the new toilet and hauling away the old one, was very fair given the cost of everything these days due to inflation, the high quality of the service provided and the responsiveness of this company.

It was wonderful to be able to easily reach a real person to get information and schedule the appointment.

We highly recommend Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing, are grateful for the excellent service provided and plan to use the company for our future plumbing needs.

My dual sink in the kitchen was very clogged. I tried every method I can to fix it over the course of the week, but was unsuccessful. It was stressful to say the least.
On Sunday morning, I called this company, and within 2 hours, someone arrived to repair the issue.
Arnie, the technician, was amazing. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he explained the problem to me.
The repair was a success! It feels like I've got my life back.

Leaking shower faucet. They sent a technician by the afternoon, she diagnosed the issue and recommend a solution of replacing the OLD fixtures that were caked with calcium. She had to go purchase them, came back and now it looks and works great. All for a reasonable amount. Will use them again in the future.

Had an old leaking sink. Put in a call yesterday and that came out today. Tiffany showed up on time, was courteous and professional. She quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the old faucet. Her service and attention to detail were top notch! If I ever have any more plumbing needs I will certainly be calling Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.

They came to our rescue in a couple hours. Great job ! Here's the extensive work done that afternoon.

Leak investigation
Upon arrival, went under the house to check for leaks found 3. One coming from supply lines behind washing machine. Second one coming from angle stops under bathroom sink from copper lines going under the house. Third one coming from main sewer line connection, rotted.
Replace the washer supply lines with new ones. Replace hot and cold angle stops under hallway sink along with the ft. of copper that I soldered from underneath the house. I replaced the main sewer line connection with a new Franco.
Change the kitchen faucet with a new Moen faucet customer supplied, and three of the four angle stops underneath the kitchen sink. Checked everything for functionality. Everything is working well at this time.

Mr Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing came to the rescue this past week when my existing plumber decided to not show up to a scheduled appointment and then go on vacation.

Jake stopped by on a Friday for an initial estimate, and by the following Tuesday we had a team of two installing the vanity and shower in our master bathroom. Brendan and Sergio were knowledgeable, hard working, and a pleasure to have working at the house.

The final product looks incredible, and I am so grateful to be able to finally use our master bathroom after months of renovating.

The team was reliable, on time, and incredibly professional. Would have them back in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!
