Mr. Roberts died last year (2015). Bill worked hard to rod my sewer, but would not listen as I told him what had worked before before based on my 15 years experience in the same house. So it took forever. He finally decided to do what I said, and he charged more because of the time it took. I deleted Mr Roberts from my contacts and have found a new plumber.

These guys are absolutely terrific. They just fixed a major plumbing emergency (gushing broken pipe in basement) for us on a Friday night. They came right over and it was over and done in a couple hours - they said, ""We can't have you not having water with small children in the house!"" So kind and conscientious. We will definitely be using them for all our plumbing in the future!
