These guys are scammers. This was a simple kitchen sink clog that became a nearly 2 hour ordeal.
The plumber (Victorio) was constantly complaining about how he couldn't do the job because the 'plumbing was incorrect'. He insisted that in order to snake the drain, he had to go to the roof. Of course, that would be a two man job and he wanted to charge me 2x on top of his current visit.
After an hour of convincing Victorio to simply do his job, he finally snaked the cord through the right drain which took 15 minutes.
Mr. Rescue seems to be part of the larger 'Rescue Response Group Inc.' Victorio's uniform read 'Mr. Drain Company', and the truck read 'Mr. Rescue', so clearly there's misrepresentation and lack of transparency as to who they are. And just reading the other reviews, it's clear that these guys are scummy and unethical people. Don't be like me, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
