This review is way overdue on a property that I own in the City of Diamond Bar. Mr. Repipe was not originally my first choice. I did my home work and research within one week due to a pin hole pipe leak, and collected 4 different quotes. I contacted companies seemed to have all the bells and whistles to the one that is just just down to earth and do as promised. That, was Mike from Mr. Repipe. All and all, it took 1 day to repipe, 2 hours for the electrician to repair a sliced line, one day to patch dry walls, 1 day for repipe inspection and 1 day for drywall inspection from the city.

Mike from Mr. Repipe was direct with no BS. He will either take your call or calls you right back. He came over to do a walk through and gave me the quote on the spot covering everything from re-piping (pex or copper), new pressure regulator, new hose bibs for the garden hoses, bathroom valves, refrigerator line valves and patching dry wall all with city inspection and permits without cutting any corners. We went with PEX.

I needed to have this done immediately after July 4th due to that pin hole leak. Mike, without hesitation and knowing that I had an immediate need, arranged his crew the 4th of july weekend for the following Tuesday. What really impressed me was that other companies knew that I had a immediate need so they jacked up the prices and wouldn't budge, and they could not schedule me immediately. Mike, on the other hand, priced right and did NOT take advantage of my situation. He even went beyond his promises to help me replace a dishwasher water supply line which was just old and started to leak after repiping due to good water pressure. Though that was not in the contract, Mike still obliged and fixed it for me without charging extra!! That is what I call customer service beyond extra miles!! Remember folks, when you re-pipe, your water pressure now is stronger therefore, you need to make sure that all old water supply lines can handle the new water pressure even though a new regulator is installed.

His crew did the job with all the necessary coverings and more. One of the members accidently sliced a electrical line while opening the drywall, but his electrician immediately came the next day and fixed it. All the after clean up was more than up to par at my request to not only vacuum the dust but also mopped the floor when needed.

I have no hesitation when comes to recommending Mike/ Mr. Repipe. I would say that not just for repiping, all the contractors that I have worked with, so far, Mike has been one of the best if not THE BEST!! One more very satisfied customer here!!

Just did a whole-house repipe with Mr. Repipe. Mike was very receptive to our needs and communicated everything quickly and professionally. He and his crew showed up on time, and got everything done within their time frame. The crew even stayed late and worked very hard to ensure we had the water back on the same day. They went above and beyond, and they did an outstanding job! Patching was included and was done very well in record time. You can't even tell they were there.

If you're tired of these fly-by-night companies that leave you hanging, don't communicate, and don't show up on time, just go with Mr. Repipe. You won't be disappointed.

This company did great and were very professional speedy and did a job that was higher quality than I expected and that's already having high standards.
Would highly reccomend for your re piping work. Even the inspector who showed up were impressed with how cleanly everything was done. If I could I've give them more than 5 stars I would. And when I had a small concern about something they had no problem coming back to reassure me and take time out of their day to accommodate me and my worries

Mike, Luis and the crew were very accommodating. On time, very efficient and thorough. When I first called Mike,he was out of town. I explained i had a broken drain pipe under my home and needed immediate attention. As soon as he returned to town he met with me instantly . Discussed my options and price quotes. Prices were very reasonable compared to others.
They were quick to work. I was told by others that I had to dig up concrete on front patio and dig up the front lawn. Not true. Luis opened a small space in my living room approx 48inx12in. Removed concrete and hardwood floor in that area only.
Went directly to the broken pipe, replaced it, tested it, filled the area back up with dirt, repoured the concrete and was able to salvage the planks of hardwood floor. Just needs
a little touch up. The job was finished in less than one day. Mike is a very kind and knowledgeable man. His guys are awesome and very hard workers. I will be happy to spread the news and highly recommend Mike's

Mike and his team at Mr. Repipe did an awesome job. Mike came and met with me at my house and did a detailed walk-through of the process and what to expect. His team then came in and did a great job on a total repipe of my house in one day and then a separate crew came in the next day to patch everything up. Got a few quotes from some competitors throughout the Southern California area.I live in the high desert and got numerous of quotes from a few other companies. Some companies that were rude and pushy for us to go with them. So glad I found this company on the internet, it was easy to book and make and appointment. Mike Salazar is the owner. He was very responsive right from day one and any time I needed to speak with him thereafter. As you might imagine, they are very busy, so I had to wait about 11 days for them to come out to my house and repipe. But it was worth it! The repiping in my 1-story, 2-bath house was completed in one day by about 1pm. Two days later the drywall crew came through and patched up everything very professionally -- draped off everything, floor coverings, cleaned up after themselves -- and left us with perfectly textured walls. Mike and company took great care of us and our home. I would definitely recommend them again. You can't beat the price and the professionalism.

I am another satisfied customer. Two nice crews, the guys who punch holes in your wall and then the second crew that does the patchwork. Professional workmanship and the guys were clean, putting down tarps. They worked hard, but it was a two day job, and I am very pleased. The pex they use is top of the line. I even hot a new pressure regulator and several ball valves, plus all the new 1/4 turn valves and supply lines. I read this pex could last up to 100 years. All attic lines insulated. Wonderful, no more leaks.
