Truly a TERRIBLE experience.

I sent a list of services, answered questions, and negotiated a price, which was on the high side if I'm honest, but was willing to have the work done correctly and on time.

In the end, these folks did about 60% of the work they agreed too.

For example, the bid included cleaning the outside windows on the house. What was done were about 40% of the windows that faced the front and driveway. The rest of the house, including all the ones in the backyard were ignored. Another example, I asked to mulch the yard; they mulched the front yard, but not the back.

When we followed up, we got the teenager response ""oh, I didn't know you meant ALL the windows or ALL the yard."" We pressed for them to come back and finish the work. Initially, they said they would for the cost of the additional mulch, and then quoted us $1800 for the finish work.

Needless to say, stay away from these folks. The other reviewers must be paid and/or relatives.

Ricardo was prompt in his communication and did a free visit to provide an accurate estimate of the work. I definitely paid more for labor as I got other quotes that were less, but I appreciated Ricardo's professionalism. Ricardo and his assistant were friendly and did all the work I needed in half a day. They adjusted a door, installed new laundry room accordion doors, and patched up walls.

Ricardo did great job for the re-caulking my kitchen sink/bath tub, fast response, easy booking and arrive on time. Unlike some other contractors, he does provide warranty for the re-caulking job.
