Do not give these people your plumbing business. The company should be called Mr. Incompetent. They don't know what they are doing. I hired them to replace a shower valve that had scale build up. The plumber Tony admitted he didn't know much about Hansgrohe valves but would order the valve and 'study up' on it. Well he didn't study enough. After the valve finally arriving and repeated calls for an appointment, he guy shows up on the wrong day. He proceeds to leave me a voicemail saying that I was 'on my own and he was going to return the valve'. I should of walked away then, but I called him back and reminded him of the correct appointment date. 'Oh yeah!' When he showed up at the correct date and time, he removed the valve and simply wiped out the scale residue without flushing the pipe. He put in the new value but it leaked. So he removed it again to discover that the brand new valve had scale debris in it and could not be shut off. He completely botched my job and charged me $1435 for doing it. I have to start all over with another plumber. I should have stopped payment on the check. What a bunch of crooks.

This company is unreliable and not honest. My property has a clogged drain and their initial estimate is around $200. After two day's work the plumber said he now needs to increase the cost to over $700. I asked him face to face whether he guarantees the drain will be fixed if I pay this drastically increased price and he said yes. But then he still cannot finish the job. What is worst is that he just left with the broken drain and sent us the bill of $761!
We called the company and asked why they sent the invoice knowing that the job is not done. The reply we got is that they never guarantee that they will finish the job!
In this end we have to hire other plumber from a different company, and this new plumber fixed everything in 10 min and charge us only $120.
So here you go, this company is unreliable, doesn't have the right skill set, and will leave without completion. Avoid this company if you can.

We have found our new plumber! Our sump pump went out and our prior plumber said they were booked for the week. I contacted Mr. Reliable and Carla gave us tremendous service. She carefully took note of our issues, recognizing the urgency, and got us on the schedule that afternoon for Tony. Tony came at the promised time and figured out that we needed a new sump pump (actually, an ejector pump) and went out and found the right pump later that afternoon. He recognized that, without the ejector pump, the downstairs toilets would not flush. He called and set up a time to install it the next day. He brought plastic sheets to protect the floor (it was a very messy job) and got everything working again. Spectacular service from Carla and Tony.

We had a situation where our HVAC unit located in our ceiling was not draining properly. It was draining via the overflow pipe come out of the ceiling of our first floor bathroom, which is directly above the sink. Before contacting Mr. Reliable, we had several contractors come out and look at it, but none of them had any idea how to fix it.

Art came out right on time and within just a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem. He found the clog that was backing up the primary line and flushed it out. He also did some preventive work to make sure there were no other obstructions in the line.

We were really frustrated with this issue of our HVAC not draining properly. We had to deal with it for several months. We're both thrilled and relieved that Art was able to quickly remedy the situation.

Good company to work with! I had a bad leak near our water meter and got a reference from our neighbor recommending Art. Art came out to the house and found the area we needed to trench. I had to coordinate the timing with our artificial turf company to expose the dirt below and Art scheduled his team (Tony) to arrive a day later. Tony came out on his day off, on time, dug up the area, got to the bottom of the issue (literally), and fixed it right away. He replaced the water box exactly where it needed to be since the artificial turf was cut to fit. Everything's back to normal and you can't tell there was a problem. Definitely recommend these guys and will keep them in my list! Thanks Art and Tony!

They sent someone on a weekend to my house who seemed more interested in selling me something, not even plumbing related, and who seemed disoriented for the most part and forgot where he left his equipment. As he went back to his van to get some other equipment he went back to my neighbor's house instead of mine, which was really embarrassing for him. That's when I began to have doubts about him. This person was very unprofessional, unprepared, and didn't check his work before taking off. You're supposed to double check your job before writing off the receipt. He even forgot to plug in the drain pipe and pick up his gloves and extension cord before I reminded him. After he took off I turned on the water in the kitchen sink and two minutes later the drain was still clogged. So I called him back and told him that the problem still exists. He came back, parked his van on the side across my house, but it took him a full 10 minutes before he finally came knocking at my door (I was keeping time). Then he had the gall to tell me that I needed to pay more money in order to keep working because he said he had already spent so much time, he thinks, working on this problem, a very simple problem of unclogging my kitchen drain. He gave me all kinds of excuses I did not want to hear so I asked for my money back. He resisted of course as I expected he would, knowing how unprofessional he had been behaving. We ended up talking to his boss Mr. Flores who I assume understood that this was unacceptable to me and my wife. Mr. Flores, if you are reading this, if you haven't done so please give that technician a good talking to, at the very least.

I would recommend this plumbing company to everyone that needs plumbing work done from the smallest job to the largest job. They were quick to respond to me and Tony the plumber was cordial and informed me step by step on everything that he was doing. Great job Tony!

I got there reference from Angie's list. It said $49 of your service call. However, they informed me it will be taken of repair charges. However, it is a scam. There only goal is to collect the service fee, as predatory pricing schemes and poor service. For example, for a small job like Toilet flush repair - they asked for $200+. Anthony was only interested in collecting his service fee and had very bad attitude toward customer satisfaction.

Ironically, this company is called Mr. Reliable Plumbing and Heating which is unreliable, unprofessional and overpriced. Art Flores, The owner, is not working towards customer's satisfaction. He only cares about how much he was going to charge people. I feel insulted at these predatory pricing schemes and poor service.
