I got there reference from Angie's list. It said $49 of your service call. However, they informed me it will be taken of repair charges. However, it is a scam. There only goal is to collect the service fee, as predatory pricing schemes and poor service. For example, for a small job like Toilet flush repair - they asked for $200+. Anthony was only interested in collecting his service fee and had very bad attitude toward customer satisfaction.

Ironically, this company is called Mr. Reliable Plumbing and Heating which is unreliable, unprofessional and overpriced. Art Flores, The owner, is not working towards customer's satisfaction. He only cares about how much he was going to charge people. I feel insulted at these predatory pricing schemes and poor service.

Be careful when you ask them to come and give you an estimate.
They will charge $49 while other plumbers don't charge.
After that their prices are way more than other plumbers.
You are supposed to get your money back if you give them the job.
But that is not likely since they are expensive

I want to thank Technician Lee for his excellent customer service. It was not easy for him to locate the backup problem with my sewer line, but he he knew the importance of getting the problem resolved because I have a family of five. He stayed until we were able to find the problem and cleared the line.

I used Mr. Reliable Plumbing to replace a water heater and I was most happy with the work that was done. Isaac is the Plumber who came to my house. He was efficient, thorough and even cleaned up after himself.

I called for a person to come out and give me an estimate for removing a water heater and installing a tankless unit, as well as replacing the current furnace with a heater/AC unit. Every other company I've talked to has come out for free. Mr Reliable Plumbing wanted $69 just to give me an estimate. Sorry, there are many other companies that must want my business because they don't charge for estimates.

I had a kitchen sink clog, (give 2 star not 1 star because the technician was professional and friendly), I ended up paying $150 but left with exactly the same clog problem before he came. They presented a rate sheet that starts at $246 with no mentioning of relevant issues but emphasis on warranty period. My understanding was that, the quote was based on in person inspection, that was how much I needed to pay to resolve the problem. Then at the end, I was told it it actually costs $360+ to resolve, plus, I needed to schedule another appointment since the technician did not have the tool. If I quit, then I owe $150. Called customer service, no further reply to further discuss my concern. I will not use their service again because it is so confusing how they do business. The right way should be, having a better inspection and inform customer the potential higher cost when quoting the price.

MY drain for the sink, dishwasher and washing machine clogged up. I tried myself and could not get it clear.
I yelped and got a response from Mr Reliable, they came earlier than promised due to a cancellation. Dan and Efren did a great job, and everything works now!
