Erica S.so fast! I called and they sent someone out within 2 hours. they wore masks and were very easy and friendly. will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs drain maintenance!
Mary C.Beware!! Called in on a Sunday--2 plumbers came for a clogged toilet which I was not able to unclog with plunger and snake. They had a huge snake which they said they needed to use in the basement below the toilet. They told me they needed to ""break the cap"" which sounded very ominous to me. They did break the cap and also the bottom screw in pipe which they assured me did not matter and I could buy a new cap at Home Depot. (why don't they carry them?) Then they went back upstairs and told me I needed a new toilet, which they also didn't have with them.
I should have insisted they pull up the toilet, but I didn't think of it. If they were sure the clog was in the toilet, they should have pulled it up themselves. Left me really doubting the competence of these plumbers and feeling I had been duped with a 75 service charge and no solution.
If you are looking for quality service and fast response, call them. They have great responsible and experienced techs who can get the job done.
My basement was flooding, they said they would be able to get here within 2 hours, mind to you it was very late, they got here 30mins after I had made the call.
No hidden fees and great prices.
John D.Needed an underground gutter pipe snaked & unclogged. Two men came in a branded van, very professional. Didn't try to upsell any other services - Unclogged the pipe for $75 where as other companies were charging $150+, then left.
Highly recommended.
If you are a woman don't bother calling this company, you will get NO RESPECT!!!!!
They will make an appointment, keep you waiting, not show up & not even have the courtesy to call. Then they give ATTITUDE and ""maybe"" can send someone out the next day.
VERY ignorant and unprofessional. I have used them a few times and can echo the good communication. The quality of work is ok. Today's experience, however...I am confused. Perhaps the owner had a bad day. I called this morning to have them snake a drain at a rental property. They have snaked it 2-3 times in the past 18 months. When I went to the house, I saw that the sewer caps were missing. So when I called, I mentioned it to the owner and said maybe they took them by mistake the last time they were there.
I couldn't quite understand him, but he said that he would arrive around 11:30. At 11:37, my tenant called me and said Mr. Poronga had just left. He came in and put plastic caps on the drain, (the original caps were steel but that's beside the point). He then went back to his truck and returned with a large ring of keys and proceeded to explain to my tenant how he makes a ton of money and owns a large number of houses and cars and does not need to steal sewer caps. He then refused to do the job and left.
LOL WHAT?! First, I did not accuse your company of ""stealing"" anything. It could have been an honest mistake. It was just a mystery to me where they went. Maybe that happens all of the time. I don't know. But none of this was mentioned in our initial call. I assumed he was just coming to snake the drain. Whatever personal issues you were having today 1. Could and should have been left at home. or 2. At the very least, you could and should have addressed it with me on the phone. Then you would have known that it wasn't a big deal to me. I was just asking if you knew what could have happened to them. I have used them several times before and been satisfied, but I don't know who pissed in his Cheerios today. I probably would not have posted this had he not made a scene to my tenant. That is very childish, ignorant, and unprofessional. As of this posting my calls and texts have not been returned.
