Good summer all! John from Mr. Pool Heater installed a pentair heater several years ago, more than happy with response, installation and operation. He never hesitated to leave the area cleaner than before, and that was truly a professional work in my estimation. Yes costs are costs and what else is new, have you gone shopping lately? This year we opened our pool and all was as expected but three day before Father's Day', the heater stopped working. WOW was I not happy, I called John and he picked up promising to see me the day after Father's Day, I was resigned to have a cool pool for that special day. I called and left a message and told him of my predicament, he called back and said he'd try to replace the part, to my ending there was John parked in front of my home and the job was already fixed. A man who runs a business and also shows compassion, not often fount. Thanks John for being there! Peter C.
