I threw my money down the drain using Mr. Plumber! I hired them to fix my clogged kitchen sink. The man snaked the drain to clean it, but only spent around 10-15 minutes to complete the job. In the past, other plumbing services would take at least 30 minutes to do the same job. It surprised me that he finished the job so quickly, but he assured me that there was "nothing wrong with the drainage". I was charged $128 for the job. Within a week I noticed I was having the same problem. I contacted their office and was told that their work had no warranty. They notified me that I would have to pay an additional $97 for them to come back and compete the job that THEY did incorrectly. After expressing my frustration about the situation, the owner, Rick, began yelling at me and had the audacity to assert that I was trying to scam him for free service. I will NEVER use MR. PLUMBER and I do not recommend!
