Day 1 - Call and arrange for plumbing estimate at my house. They tell me they can come out after lunch.
No plumber / No call.

Day 2 - I call they say they will set it up for today.
No plumber / No call.

Day 3 - I call early they say today after lunch. I call at 3:30 they rearrange and have someone at my house at 4:30. Guy that comes to house can not give estimate. Says his boss will email me by 9AM next day.

Day 4 - Noon no email. I call. Noone knows anything about my estimate. They say I have to wait till tomorrow. I ask if they want my business. He says I seem upset. I say I am its been 4 days with nothing productive happening. He then says they provided me with a free estimate that they usually don do.

1. I still dont have an estimate.
2. I never asked for anything free.

After this exchange he tells me to find another plumber and I take his advise.

If you want to hound a plumber like they owe you money, this is the one for you.
