All was well to start with, came promptly and diagnosed the problem. Then wouldn't quote and stopped replying to messages. I hope he has lots of business because he won't be getting mine.

I watched this man berate an employee at another local store that had absolutely nothing to do with the service provided to him by the other business. I'll never do business with someone like that.

Mr. Plumber was referred to me by my home warranty company and I could not be happier about the outcome. The plumber, David, was at my house within a few hours, assessed the situation and corrected the plumbing problem (main line was blocked, possibly by tree roots) within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable and forthright about the situation. I don't appreciate service people coming to my house and trying to scare me into buying services that I truly don't need to correct the immediate problem and I'm happy to say that Mr. Plumber was not one of those companies. David was honest, personable and efficient. What more could you ask of a plumber? Highly recommend and am very pleased to have found a reliable trustworthy plumber.
