We had a new toilet installed by Mr Plumber. The technicians were on time, and did a great job. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing issues

I have had to call Mr. Plumber twice to help fix a plumbing problem. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anybody that has a plumbing problem. I had a major problem yesterday, 7/27, and couldn't get any help to fix it. The owner Joe came to my house and stayed here helping me until I could get someone here to fix the problem. He made sure that my problem was going to be fixed yesterday.

Five stars isn't enough of a rating for this company. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Joe. I can't thank him enough

From the moment Joe stepped inside my place, I knew it was gonna be smooth sailing. He was wearing a mask, took off his shoes and we chatted about the tasks at hand. He installed a new faucet, unclogged some slow drains and went above and beyond to address every issue in each of my bathrooms. His rate was very reasonable, and he left behind no mess, no stress. Hire Joe and his team with zero hesitation. This is what true service and craftsmanship looks like. I've already recommended him to others, so get in line...his schedule books up quickly because great plumbers are so hard to come by and he's truly the best of the best.

I am writing this review because I am truly to have called Joe today. For a couple of months, I have been having cold water issues with my shower , it just have not been working. So, my husband and I have been taking very quick showers because the water was so hot.
I have an American Standard single arm shower (no faucet). I purchased two pressure balances and two cartridges. I am so glad I did. After installing the first set, there was not water come out of my shower head. After several attempts to get the water running and a call to the plumbing supply store where I purchased the cartridges from (the guy there help to troubleshoot but it didn't work), I called Mr. Plumber. I am so very happy I did.
Joe heard my story, suggested a few steps to me, gave me his cell phone number all because had faith I can get the job done (I appreciated that ) and I did.
I could not have done it without him!

Joe is personable and professional.
Fixed the problem quickly and the rate was very reasonable. He wore a mask for safety precautions due to COVID-19.
I would definitely use Mr. Plumber again.

I had a clog in my rental units bathtub that was not able to fix myself. Requested a quote on yelp and they messaged me quickly. I called them the next morning and they scheduled to come over 3hrs later. Joe showed up on time and wore his n95 mask which was much appreciated. He resolved the issue in lightning quick time. I try to do most things myself but when professional help is needed ill be sure to call him up. My issue turned out to be a quick fix but the peace of mind after having it resolved and knowing my tenants are not inconvenienced has a large value to me. Thanks Joe for your professionalism and expertise!

I had what I thought to be an ""untraceable"" leak coming from my home's hot water heating system. It was coming from an unknown origin and pooling up in one particular location. I contacted several well known plumbing companies that used various high tech water tracing instruments, but all were unsuccessful. They stated they would have to start breaking my walls to ""seek and find"". Some even told me that it was coming from a main water line, but I was not convinced. When I contacted Joe from Mr. Plumber that all changed.

First off, Joe was very prompt and professional when arriving to my house. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and what I should expect. By process of elimination and use of high tech devices, he troubleshooted my heating system. In this case, no device was able to help. It took more than that. With some ""old school"" knowledge and techniques he was able to detect the leak location. Not even a hole was made in the wall. I was truly impressed!

He went over the work needed and my options. We then scheduled a convenient day for the job to get done. Upon completion the leak was remedied. I highly recommend Joe from Mr. Plummer, as I will definitely be using him for any plumbing needs!

I made 2 appointments, but he never showed up. I stayed home waiting all day the first time and excused it because I understand that things happen. He never called because he lost my number. But, the second time (after confirmed and number was given) I rushed home and sat waiting for him. He never showed up and I still received no calls. So, in my opinion, this sounds fishy. Don't bother. Head to your local hardware store and ask for a recommendation. That's definitely what I will be doing.

Had an issue at a commercial kitchen in the Bronx. Contacted Joe and he was quick to respond and answer all my questions. We made an appointment and Joe was prompt and able to diagnose the issue easily and efficiently. He was very thorough in looking everything over and even went above and beyond in making sure the finished work would be perfect! He has an immense knowledge of NYC codes and requirements - I felt I was in very capable hands. He was very fair in his estimate of the work and did not include any unexpected fees. I was so lucky to find him!

Finding a reputable plumber these days is like trying to bait a fish with no bait on the hook....until I went on Yelp and found Mr. Plumber. Joe Prestia answered my first call and was so attentive and polite from beginning to end. He came immediately and surveyed my leak, gave me an estimate and made an appointment for the repair. A few plumbers before him, came looked but never came back, did not return my calls....but Joe P. Did. Any question or problem, he was on it. Now I have the confidence to say I have a REAL plumber, a plumber I can count on being there for me and my family! Thanks to Joe P. and the crew of Mr. Plumber!
