Tito was referred to us by our contractor and it was a pleasure working with him! We needed an extension for our shower valve. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient.

While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home.

Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!

I have used Mr Plumber Man's service twice so far on rentals and he has been great. He's friendly, professional, and communicates very clearly what the issues are and how to remedy them.

He's also been very responsive which is important when things need to be done prior to a new tenant moving in or in plumbing emergencies.

Plus, he informed me that a fixture was covered under warranty and provided the model number and phone number to call which makes it much easier to handle.
