Need to have my toilet replaced. It's original to the house built in the 1940s, and not clear which size toilet is needed. Talked at length with Larry and set up an appointment for the following day for someone to come out to take a look and confirm the size. No one showed up. I called to ask if they were still coming. No one answered the phone so I left a message with my call back number. No one ever called me back. Wasted my time and set my repair back by at least a day or two. I guess the good news is that I wouldn't want someone doing a repair who is this unreliable.

I had heard good reports about Mr Plumber over the years but hadn't used them until today. I decided on Mr. Plumber after speaking at length with Larry.

They replaced my water heater. The price was competitive, the quality of the heater, tops, the two men who did the install, efficient, polite and thorough. What's not to like?

I highly recommend Mr Plumber. Don't let the lack of recommendations here dissuade you. They know what they're doing!

I had a leaky faucet and set up a next day appt for service. I stayed home from work but the plumber didn't show up and didn't call. When I called to see what happened, Larry apologized for the plumber not showing up and said the service would be free. The plumber came the next day, replaced the part and fixed it perfectly, and I wasn't charged. He won my loyalty for quickly acknowledging a mistake and going above and beyond.
