As for Matt and his crew who done all the physical work, couldn't have asked for a better team. Now for Amy Bricker whom original came out to give the estimate, she was amazing at the beginning, she was the only one from many different company to find and explain the whole problem. Which was great. BUT. then shit went down Hill literally. Amy sent over the estimates yes more than one. She broke everything down, it was going to cost this much for Under the house re-pipe, this much for the re- pipe in the front yard, this much for this and that. I sat down with my mother and we decided which way to go with the project. I watched my mother sign all the paper work. I clicked the Submit button. The very next day, Ms. Bricker called and confused my mother all to hell and informed my mom she hadn't signed all the necessary paperwork and Ms. Brink proceeded to have my mother sign all the estimate letters. So my mother was until the impression it was going to cost around 11 thousand. She never at any give. Point gave my mother a grand total, BAD BUSINESS SKILLS .That's was until Matt and he's Crew showed up on Thursday and he then informed my mother the total cost was well over 20 thousand dollars. Thus cleaning out her entire Saving account because the the situation was flipped and turn and this and that until she didn't fully understand, she was manipulated into thinking she was sign paperwork that was necessary when in fact she was agree to have a Subpump place under our house that we don't need. So I had my mother call Ms Bricker and inform her, She my mother DID NOT want the subpump put in. Now Mind you this is on Thursday, they have NO work at this point.Ms. Brinker starting giving my mother a hard time, telling she really need to have all this and that done. I then took over the phone call and Sternly told Ms Brinker she was not to place a subpump under my house and that was the finally decision. She processed to say let me come out and speak to you. I work from home, I can't just stop what I'm doing to Listen to someone about something a decision has been made about. I had a meeting while in my meeting Ms. Brinker began pushing my Mother for more money to be able to pay for said subpump after again being told the decision was made NO SUBPUMP. Ms. Bricker went as far as to ask Can't you ask your family for money. Then when she wasn't getting way she left, only to come back on Friday when the real work started to start her bullshit again. Now Mind you she was told Thursday morning not to have the pump put I. She could have changed the work order, did she no. Then went it was brought to her attention there was no electricity under the house Ms Bricker took it upon herself to call and make an appointment for the Electrician to come out and do the work. Hmm Excuse me.. who gave you permission to do that? I ended up having to call the office to speak with a manger and was told it could take up to 48 hrs for someone to call me back. I informed them if I didn't here back from someone on Friday the next call would be from my lawyer. I Caught Ms. Amy Brinker is so many lies it's was unreal. Like the one we're so told me was here 3 hrs Thursday waiting to speak with me, that's funny because the time stamp on both my cameras Tell a very different story. Nice try Amy. SO all in all if you take Amy out of the situation it wasn't to bad of an Experience. But I wouldn't wish anyone to have to work with someone who will you straight in your face and lie. It looks bad on the business, it make you look like a horrible person, and gives you poor work ethic. Had I been her boss she would have been handed her walking papers.

We noted issues early in 2024 in 1 of our 2 full baths and contacted Mr. Plumber to assess and provide an estimate. The estimator and individual who scoped the main line were excellent, so we moved forward with their estimate for main sewer line replacement despite the price being more than 25% higher than induatry standard and other local estimates. Bad choice on our part. The team who did the replacement left our house with sewage and toilet paper covered clay sewer pipe sticking out of the yard (4' x 30' area) which Mr. Plumber said is ""natural"" and ""normal"" to leave at the topsoil level of a residential yard. We then had issues a few months later with our 2nd full bath and clothes washer sewer outlet. Upon having 2 other well known plumbing company assess, we found out that Mr. Plumber had severed a branch line on the main sewer line they replaced. Four months of sewage had been filling up in the cutoff sewer line. Luckily, the OTHER major plumbing company corrected the issue caused by Mr. Plumber within the week AND at industry standard pricing. To add, Mr. Plumber has refused to acknowledge their egregious mistake and they have refused to cover costs to fix their mistake when we refused to have them touch our sewer or plumbing systems again.

I had my upstairs bathrooms back up.
I made a call for an emergency drain clearing and Sean Kelso arrived in about 30min. He did a great job getting things draining again and was super friendly. Five stars.

A couple days later, and things were backing up again. So I made another emergency call and received a text with a time window of 7am-10pm. No one ever showed up. This was on Saturday, and we had other working restrooms. So I decided to wait until Monday and talk to a manager.

Monday I called and they apologized a lot. Then they sent out Johnathon Roberts, who also did a good job opening the drain. However we were both suspicious so a camera inspection was scheduled.

The next day a supervisor named Warren Raye came out with Johnathon and performed a camera inspection. We found a blockage in the main line, but it was covered with toilet paper so we could not see what the cause was.

I did not have an external clean out, and the clog was pretty close to the house. So we decided to install a proper clean out there.

The next day a crew was on site, installed the clean out (which removed the clog) and I was back up and running that day.

I would recommend this business.

Note:
-But I would also be sure they are coming if you call for weekend service.
(Not sure what happened, but I did have to wait the weekend for return emergency service. Maybe they knew I had another functioning bathroom on the other end of the house, but still.)

- $2k for a drain clean out install matches the national average, so decent value. But... Be ready for sales. This is unfortunately part of the experience.

I hired these guys to find out what my water bill jumped from a $6 credit to $2000 owed in one month.

The first guy said he was too fat to go into the crawl. He offered to send another guy, but ""it's $700 just to go down there."" Because you are too fat. Okay. No deal.

The next day, I called and talked to a nice lady who agreed to send a field supervisor with more experience. Ok.

He came out and seemed to know what he was doing. He didn't. He flushed my water heater (I heard him say ""oh, shouldn't have done that."" He also--and I am being completely serious--let my dog out. Because he couldn't be bothered to shut the gate. Then animal control came out and threatened to take my dog.

That's right: I am literally John Wick.

I wouldn't trust these people to kiss my grimy arse and not take out a chunk.

I had Randy, Alex and A.J. do a jetting job on an exterior drain line. It was I imagine a bit unusual because it ran from our house through a woods. They used a camera on the snake to scope it out and then jetted it clean. Initially, they ran into some blockages but they stuck with the job and worked it until it was flowing well. I was very pleased with their work and work ethic - their knowledge, quality of work and value of that work being very fair!
