I called for emergency plumbing service and did not receive a call back after speaking with the receptionist and giving her all my info. It's EASY to ADVERTISE 24/7 emergency plumbing service. Not so easy to actually perform on it I guess.

We had a great experience with Kenny Black, Sewer Specialist, at Mr. Plumber. He came out after a bad experience with Roto Rooter. Not only did he inspect the system for free, he was super knowledgeable and gave us a very competitive quote. When the crew came to do the work, they were efficient and replaced everything including the grass! Very impressed.

I scheduled an appointment a week out because of the holidays. I called the day before to confirm and I was told I was still on the schedule for the next day 12/27/17 between 10-2. At 1 I had not heard from anyone so I called. They """"walked over"""" to dispatch because no one was answering the phones. They said that they would have Ken Black call me. At 2:30 No call no tech. I called them to check and they told me they were not sure but they though he was in route. I cancelled the call because I had to go to work. I missed most of my day a work and still no communication. I really wished that individuals and companies cared about the impact their actions have on others. Tony

Excellent customer service, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, highly recommend Rick Bills @ Mr. Plumber. Patiently explained what needed to be done (right) -- even taught me how to change my own well filter! Will use Mr. Plumber for all future plumbing needs.

Used this company to change wax ring & supply line....took the Plumber 20 minutes. He was nice enough, good job but they charged me $434??? I checked price of parts at Home Depot; less than $30. So almost $400 in labor for 20 minutes? I called to ask for a cost breakdown and was told a manager would call me back. They never did. Will not use again, maybe my fault for not getting quotes.

Taking time to warn everyone how extremely expensive mister plumber is! The tech said I needed washer hoses & the water line nuts tightened. $207. And that wasn't all I needed. Still a leak. I won't call them back for fear of the expense for anything else. Indianapolis 86th street location.
