They were very very decent people to work. Allison, Michelle, and Ryan were incredible. We had a very urgent situation which somehow they were able to make the repairs happen. The situation required a very thorough approach. This was something we needed for an inspection to be green-lighted. Also through out the years my grandmother had always recommend them to her neighbors and she had told that Ryan had been very kind to her.

The quick version... They knocked it out of the park! Prices were right. Service was exceptional. And, they stepped up when they didn't have to, thus saving the day for us. The longer version... From the start, beginning with the initial phone call, the team at Mr. Plumber were professional, enthusiastic, and helpful. They followed through every step of the way. They were punctual and efficient. And, if all they did were those things, they'd be great and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. But, what's driving me to write this review was that they did something unexpectedly extraordinary. When another contractor was unwilling and/or unable to do a job that was needed in order to continue their installation - and made it clear that under no circumstances would they be responsible - Mr. Plumber stepped up and saved us. They got to our house super fast and got the job done. If they hadn't, I can't even imagine the hassle, headaches, and costs that would have been associated with the other contractor stopping their work that day and returning another. Our kitchen would have been left ripped up and unusable for how long? Thanks to Mr. Plumber, we didn't need to live through that nightmare scenario. I won't be recommending the other contractor, but I will wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone and everyone who will listen. Oh, and they didn't even charge us for the emergency call. Winning! Their prices were perhaps more than fair in our favor. Thanks for everything, Mr. Plumber!

I am a renter whose landlord hired Mr Plumber services regarding a leak detection and repair. I am 1 week post partum with a premature newborn. My husband and I informed the 2 plumbers who came to our place of residence about concerns of dust fallout and we were reassured by the staff that they would place tarps to protect our belongings and that they would clean up any fallout that may of fallen anywhere else, albeit one of the plumbers was VERY rude and curt when speaking with him. I left with my newborn to avoid the dust and came back when the job was finished, there was in fact dust all over our home coating our furniture and floors. This is very unprofessional and made it very hard to breathe having a premature newborn who has underdeveloped lungs or just as anybody walking into the residence in general. If this is how Mr Plumber staff treats vulnerable customers and babies that are barely 1 week old, I will NEVER recommend them to ANYBODY and would give them 0 stars if I have to!

Bad Experience. In my opinion, this is a very poorly and unprofessionally operated Business. Apparently this company has only two employees, the Office/Scheduling Person and the Plumber. I made an appointment for a kitchen leak repair and was told that the Plumber would be there between the hours of 11AM and 1PM: unfortunately, nobody showed up between those hours. Later in the afternoon, around 4PM, I received a call by the Plumber and was told that he didn't show up at the earlier scheduled time because he was busy and that he would call me again when he was free and when he is in my area. He called two hours later, at 6PM. The Plumber said that he would be at my house in a """"little while"""". Since it was a Friday evening and I did not want to go through any more of the anxious """"waiting game"""" with him and because he sounded tired, I had compassion and told him that I could wait until Monday if it was easier for him. He agreed and told me that he would call me Monday to schedule a new time for Monday. When Monday came, I waited all morning and some of the afternoon for his call, which never came. I then called his Office and informed his wife of the situation. She told me that they were both busy with family affairs. I was confused but I understood and I was still willing to give them my business until she developed a bad, """"snippy"""" """"attitude"""" with me- being sarcastic and defensive, and practically blaming me for having the """"gall"""" to call and inquire about why this plumber blew me off all day. These people wasted 2 days of my life that I will never get back and caused me extreme stress, anxiety and blamed me, the customer, for expecting honesty, communication and customer service from them. They were very selfish ,with me, having no regard or respect for me( the customer) and I guess they do not realize that OUR TIME (THE CUSTOMERS TIME) is just as valuable as their time. I finally told them that I never want to do business with them again.
