I agree with all the negative comments offered about Mr. Plumber. It is extremely annoying that AHS continues to refer us to them in spite of our complaints. I have decided to cut ties with American Home Shield after I am through this madness.

1. I had water leaking out of a tankless water heater.  Water should not be inside the unit.
2. Contractor sent by AHS refused to open the tankless heater unit until customer insisted.  His reason being there is no leak happening currently.
3. The inside of the unit showed significant rusting which indicates water is getting into the unit somehow
4. Contractor closed the unit and walked away slamming the door on his way out and would not speak with the customer. - Unacceptable customer service.
5. Contractor did not adequately assess the situation and inaccurately submitted a claim to the home warranty company as no leak to close the job.

DO NOT USE THEM!

What an asshole. I had an appointment for 4pm, the service tech James Sheafe calls me to make it earlier. I leave work early to accommodate and then he never shows, never responds to my calls and when I call dispatch they say they will call him and I never get a call back from them. Great business model. No integrity. Thanks for costing me a half days pay and ruining my evening sitting around waiting

It took them 4 weeks for an emergency AC job through 90 degree heat do yourself a favor call Astar or someone else. I put in a call A week before we moved into our new home so it could get fixed before myself and my kids moved in and they jerked my family around for 4 weeks now. There is always an excuse.

These guys are rude and dishonest. Charged my insurance company when they never even came to my house. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all cost!

Wow worst experience with a plumber that I have ever had. The guy came through the home warranty company and tried to snake the stopped drain which did not work. He was rude the entire time and told us that since we used drain-o, nothing would be covered to repair the stopped drain. We said that is ridiculous and then he left in a fury without cleaning anything up and without fixing the issue.

Awful. They came and looked at what needed to be done They said that they will return to work on the leaky shower. They never returned. Never responded. Don't waste your time. This company is awful.

They damaged by toilet unblocking it. Then they pushed the blockage into the way way of an ejector pump and flooded my basement causing thousands of dollars of damage. I only used them because of Sears Home Warranty. Pick anyone else!

Do not waste your money!!!! June 8th we paid them $600 to fix our leaking shower and faucet handle in the bathroom. Their tech said he needed to order parts. After a month of unreturned calls to m the tech, I called the office to demand a manager. They instead had the tech call me to give excuses why it had been a month without hearing from him. He then promised to call me back with an answer by the end of the day. After a week of more unanswered calls to him, I called the office back to request a different tech. They sent a new guy who replaced the shower and sink handle hardware. As soon as he left, we noticed the shower had no water pressure And the sink handle can hardly be turned. The sink will now not shut off. I just spoke to the owner/manager Scott, and he basically told me they had already sent two people here and the problems we have aren't their fault. He refused to admit things weren't handled properly or that they were responsible for fixing their faulty work. We will be talking to our lawyers and filing in small claims court. Again I say...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They don't have a clue what they're doing and they take NO responsibility for their crap work or unprofessional employees. RUN!

This plumber was the worst! Buyer beware! I used him in April for no hot water . He left a mess in the area and didn't connect all the wires when he was done. He had to replace a water heater. In October I had to call another company for a heating issue and it was because he didn't connect other wires. Cost me more money.
