Our fridge recently stopped working. After further investigation we found that the current water connection for water and ice was out of date and could easily fail us soon too. We decided to update the connection and requested information from Jeffrey. He asked simple questions before working on our project and scheduling with him was easy. He showed up on time, knew exactly how to fix our issue, and was prepared with all the materials needed to update our pipe with a new valve and copper connection. We trusted Jeffrey's recommendation and the work he did was great. I now feel confident that our line won't leak in the future and would go back to Mr. Plumber for our future plumbing needs.

Forget about the sketchy handyman who tries to fix stuff because I know Jeff Butler will get the job done correctly the first time around. I called Mr. Plumber recently as the tile guy I had used wanted to fix a leaking toilet water supply line that he inadvertently damaged while disconnecting it so he could put new floor tiles. (There was no leak until after he had disconnected the line and we didn't notice the leak after the shoddy tiling job was done). The tile guy wanted to figure out how to fix the water line and I told him to stop and I will just call someone else. That's when I called Mr.Plumber and I knew he would be busy but I would rather wait for his service than call anyone else as he makes issues stress free. Jeff is highly recommended! I have found my lifelong plumber in Mr. Plumber. Honest and reasonable, too. High quality work!
