Best plumbing experience I've ever had. He fixed my garbage disposal in 5 minutes and then didn't charge me for coming out bc it was such an easy fix. Mr. Plumber isn't just a good plumber, he's a good human being. He was quick, punctual, and kind.

I just experienced one of the least stressful home fixes of my home-owning life. Rick from Mr. Plumber -- but he didn't answer the phone number listed as ""Mr. Plumber"" only as ""Hello"" -- was quick (job done the same day I called), very affordable,honest, pleasant and cordial. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a plumber. He also recommended an electrician whom I will definitely call on if he's as good as Rick. I will absolutely be using him again when we redo our bathroom.

do not use mr. plumber, work is not done when promised. this was a modular remodel took 60 days longer than promised. not a reliable person. he said he would be here each day to work. no show, no phone call saying why no one would be there today to work. work was not be completed on time . he said he has ""never done such a large remodel. kitchen remodled, bathroom remodeled & enlarged. closed sliding glass door & and made a wall in the space. old cabinets were taken out & new ones put in. he was not able to do this so hired a subcontractor to do this work. wanted money in between the 3 agreed payment schedule. i will never recommend anyone to use this company.

I moved into my mobile home seven years ago and have used mr plumber right from the beginning. They have repaired leaks, replaced thefloor in my bathroom and replaced my old worn out water heater.Their work is superb. They show up on time and complete the jobs in a timely manner. They also guarantee all their repairs.

I called to have a tub unclogged. He seemed a tad confused as to how to get to my house while I explained for 10 minutes that it is just 1 mile past Safari West on Porter Creek Rd. He made an appointment to come to our house in the afternoon. Then 30 minutes later he called back saying he was just 1 person and he gave me someone else's spot and he had to cancel with us. He didn't try to reschedule. Really a weird phone call... odd man

We called Prados... The lady on the phone was sharp and made an appointment without a half hour discussion about where I live.

This was our first experience hiring someone to do extensive plumbing work. We needed a new floor, a shower and a toilet put in our mobile home due to water damage. We were very nervous after reading stories of a contractor taking advantage of seniors in Sonoma County in mobile home parks. Although the phone communication was a bit rough, (Jim said they are working on that!) when it came to doing what he said, and being clear about costs and any issues that came up they were great. I would highly recommend this company. Jim did a great job, showed up when he said he would and explained everything along the way. I would call them first for any mobile home plumbing work for sure!

Great service. On time, good price, and efficient. Toilet replacement cost half what my neighbor's cost for the same toilet. Only complaint - he parked in front of my garbage cans and my pickup got skipped.

Mr. Plumber represented by Richard, came to house after I had made two phone calls earlier explaining my problem during which he never said he had a $100.00 estimate fee. He said he could fix it for about $100.00. He arrived on time at 5:00 p.m. and looked at the job, charged me $100 with a quote of $495.00 to do the work and promptly wrote a bill for $100.00 at 5:07 p.m. much to my incredibility. When questioned about the outrageous price and the fact he could not fix it and the $100 did not go toward the repair bill, he left after calmly saying he did not deceive me. I call this deception and I know of no person that makes $100 for 5 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for scrupulous business ""professionals.""

My tenant called on a Saturday saying there's backup sewage in the tub and shower- EW!! I ask her to call a local plumber and keep me updated. The first company-Mr. Rooter gave us a quote but we thought it was a little high (see my review on Mr. Rooter). So we yelp for plumbers and found Mr. Plumber. They didn't call us 'till Monday, but was able to get the job done by Tuesday at a lower price.

I would have given them a 5 star if the plumber didn't make my husband feel bad about paying him with credit card (which they say they accept on Yelp). I am sure we all have financial issues, but you shouldn't make other people pay for your problems. In fact, my husband felt so bad that he won't even ask for the $50 coupon offered on Yelp! Of course we didn't have the checkbook with us and we live in the city, so my husband had to withdraw from the ATM machine and borrow the rest from our neighbor!

Good service and on time. Rick was friendly and professional. They lose one star for quoting me the Yelper discount price without telling me it was discounted (I mentioned Yelp on the phone but they didn't specify I was getting the discount). The important point, however, is that I got a commode replaced faster and cheaper than I'd get from any big box store. These are now my go-to guys for plumbing problems!!!
