Beware. Rip off He charged 100.00 to say he could not fix the problem. He said he wouldn't know where to get the part. I called Culligan and he said the part was from ace hardware and a plastic insert was worn out plus he up dated the configuration of connectors. Mr plumber didn't know how. He said he has 30 years experience. The other guy fixed it in a half hour.

Went out to do some evening watering, and the hose bib right above my house shutoff valve breaks off in my hand! Called Mr. Plumber around 5:45, and he shows up about 20 mins later. He had to leave to get some parts, and it was getting dark when he returned. He came back the next morning at 7am and got the job done in a couple of hours.

Wow. What can I say.
I had two leaky manufactured home faucets and did not know what to do.
Manufactured home are very different regular homes.
I call Rich and he answered the phone.
Within a half of an hour he was at my home looking the the problem.
He fixed it that day and at a fair price.
I would highly recommend Rick for any plumbing job !!!
And he was a nice guy.

Rick, from Mr Plumber was on time, professional, and a nice man to boot. My mother had a leak in an old outdoor pipe and he came out on short notice and did a nice job fixing it. His bill was as quoted, and he was very efficient. Highly recommended.

Don't use Mr. Plumber. He charged us $100 for an inspection, got a quote going, started the process of getting a permit, and then backed out because he decided he didn't want to do the job. Unless you have an emergency, and he's the only available plumber, don't waste your time with him.

We called with a backed up drain on Christmas Eve. He came out within an hour, correctly (and simply) diagnosed the problem - which turned out to be fairly simple, and fixed it! He talked with us about why it happened and what we can do to prevent it in the future. (By the way, don't just put anything down your kitchen disposal!) His sense of humor was great, and he didn't chastise us for the reason for the clog. His price was excellent - I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber!!
