Called Mr. Plumber today about a non-emergency leak from our bathroom faucet. Rick had Jim call me immediately and he was at our house within 15 minutes. The problem with our faucet was explained to me in detail and fixed quickly and efficiently. The cost of repair was reasonable. I would totally call Mr Plumber again.

I worked with Rick at Mr. Plumber to replace a water heater at a 4 plex I own in Santa Rosa. He gave me the least expensive price and was able to get it done fairly quickly. Then, about 7 months later the water heater began to fail. He went and checked it out and found out someone had stuck a rag into the vent which had disrupted the electronics. He worked the manufacturer's support and was able to get it fixed and did not even charge me. Great experience

Rude and unprofessional.

- Changed appointment time 2 times on me - no bid deal I guess as I had a free day. Annoying nevertheless.
- Refused to tell me his hourly rate - that bugged me, but I suppose everyone has their own business strategy.
- Gave me a $530 dollar quote for repair which seemed very high. I let him know that, and told him that I will consider it, but also told him that I am considering other plumbers that charge as low as $55 per hour (but unable to do the work immediately dew to their work load). He laughed at me, telling me that no decent plumber would ever charge that rate, and charged me a $50 service charge fee, which I paid without any hesitation . When I asked him to give me a breakdown of parts and labor cost for my reference, he refused! I told him that it would be fair to give me a breakdown if he charges me a fee (maybe I am wrong here). He grabs my cash, leaves the house without saying good bye and slamming the door. While all my other complains could perhaps be questioned, such rudeness is absolutely unacceptable.

(in a week I got everything repaired by a different licensed plumber for half the price...)

I'm very happy with my experience with Rick of Mr. Plumber. He was very responsive and picked up the phone when I called. He had same day availability for my work. The main sewer line to my house was clogged and he fixed it with no problem. He gave me an accurate quote over the phone and it was very reasonable. I will recommend him anytime.

Best plumbing experience I've ever had. He fixed my garbage disposal in 5 minutes and then didn't charge me for coming out bc it was such an easy fix. Mr. Plumber isn't just a good plumber, he's a good human being. He was quick, punctual, and kind.

I just experienced one of the least stressful home fixes of my home-owning life. Rick from Mr. Plumber -- but he didn't answer the phone number listed as ""Mr. Plumber"" only as ""Hello"" -- was quick (job done the same day I called), very affordable,honest, pleasant and cordial. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a plumber. He also recommended an electrician whom I will definitely call on if he's as good as Rick. I will absolutely be using him again when we redo our bathroom.

do not use mr. plumber, work is not done when promised. this was a modular remodel took 60 days longer than promised. not a reliable person. he said he would be here each day to work. no show, no phone call saying why no one would be there today to work. work was not be completed on time . he said he has ""never done such a large remodel. kitchen remodled, bathroom remodeled & enlarged. closed sliding glass door & and made a wall in the space. old cabinets were taken out & new ones put in. he was not able to do this so hired a subcontractor to do this work. wanted money in between the 3 agreed payment schedule. i will never recommend anyone to use this company.
