We had a leak behind the wall of our bathtub. Read the reviews and decided to call Oscar for a quote. He came to our house in 30 minutes and gave us a quote. Started the work only to find the problem was a bit bigger than we thought. No worries, Oscar took care of it! Very professional, timely and priced well. Mr plumber is the only plumber I will ever use after the great service he performed on my rental property the tenants were very upset that the toilet clogged and I called everyone on yelp but nobody could come out the same day and wanted to charge a lot of money but Mr plumber came to my location within 1hr and charged a fair price ! Called early this morning and a very kind gentleman named Oscar answered the phone. He heard my concerns and said he would be at my house within the hour. He made it before the hour which was great. I re-explained everything again and he gave me some options. I never felt pressured or felt he was trying to rip me off at all.
