I hold the title of State Certified Master Plumber and have been in the plumbing industry since 1957. My company grew into one of the largest plumbing service providers in Kansas City serving both residential and commercial needs. In 1985, my company was honored as the top business in Kansas City, KS, and I have continued to strive to preserve that same dedication and work ethic that has garnered us awards and recognition from local and national organizations.
In 1988, we expanded our services to valley residents with the same dedication that founded my company. Today, I remain actively engaged in my business. My values have remained constant, and I continue to insist our customer service is as reputable as it has been since 1957.
This is just one reason Mr. Plumber Phoenix is repeatedly acknowledged for our top-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Recommended Customer Reviews

I happened upon Mr. Plumber by accident and I am glad I did! My home warranty had given me MR Plumber which I mistook at Mr. Plumber. Mr. Plumber has been far greater than MR plumber. Mr. Plumber was very quick with getting someone out (within 1 hour) when I had a leaking pipe causing flooding in my basement. They got someone out to help stop the leak and got their water restoration company (A plus water restoration) to further help my water issues. They are working along side with my insurance and being great!! They are thorough and are very honest with me and my problems from the water. I feel like their only customer with how they are treating me!
They are under NEW OWNERS and they are awesome. Do not listen to any previous reviews from previous years. These new owners are great! They call me directly and are very efficient at getting everything I need done in a timely manner. I highly recommended them.

Had a problem with some service but they took care of it. It often doesn't work out that way. Thanks for doing the right thing and I'll use them again.

It was time to get a new water heater after 9 and a half years as well as sediment being present. Gino from Mr. Plumber is first rate in knowing how to get the job done. He's experienced in his craft, and he's attentive to his work while answering your questions. If I have any future plumbing problems, I won't hesitate to ask for him.

Very expensive for work performed. Job poorly done. Some of the work had to be redone by someone else. Technician has a poor attitude about the quality of his work. Discussion with owner not helpful. Will not use Mr. Plumber again. On top of the regular charge, they also charge 3% for using a credit card.

I called Mr. Plumber to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. Plumber said faucet needed to be replaced. There are 2 sinks in the bathroom and I needed to buy 2 sets so they would match. The plumber went with me to the showroom and helped me select new faucets. They were installed and I found leaking under the sink. Plumber came out at least 4 more times and leaking continued. On each occasion we would set up appointment and later call to reschedule since he wasn't going to be in my area that day and didn' t want to come. Finally I asked for another plumber. He found faucets were the wrong size for my sinks and water was leaking from around the top. He said it could not be fixed and since I had chosen faucets they would not do anything about it even though their employee helped me pick faucets and installed them. The faucets were $800 plus I paid for instsllation. I filed a complaint with Angie's List and Mr. Plumber refuses to do anything.

Giving Mr Plumber even one star is actually being too kind. I found Mr Plumber on Angie's list, I called because my toilet was sporadically running. They came and replaced a part, he assured me it was fixed, and told me in case there is still a problem, to call them back and they will return that afternoon. It did continue and when I called back that afternoon and left a message, no one returned my call. After waiting 3 days with no returned call, I called again. They gave me an appointment for the day after and NEVER showed up. Having missed a day of work I called and spoke to Gene, he said I will send someone immediately to fix the problem. Against my better judgement, I agreed. The plumber who showed up, put in an additional part, I was billed once again, despite the fact I was assured by the first plumber that he had corrected the problem. So obviously the part the first plumber put it was incorrect. However he still did not fix the problem. At this point I could have purchased a new high end toilet bowl. Upon calling the owner Gene, with my dissatisfaction, he was rude and belligerent. Completely and totally unprofessional, therefore I stopped payment on my check. A few days later Gene the owner of Mr Plumber leaves a message on my answering machine calling me a coward and telling me he will be putting a lien on my home! What a bully to speak to a woman in such a rude manner. I then called a competent plumber who said no parts should have been replaced, the bowl itself had to be replaced, neither one of Mr Plumbers, plumbers were knowledgable enough to know that! Beware do not deal with this company!

Mr. Plumber destroyed my granite while removing a faucet and then blamed me for the damage. Told me I had cheap countertops. (The slabs were extremely fragile and expensive). Multiple ding marks told the tale to the effort of removal before the counter top shattered.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Person answering the phone is downright rude! The guy needs to get some people skills for sure. Given their bedside manner, I wouldn't do business with them.
