Jack replaced our Reverse Osmosis water filter for us. Although the one I chose was not the brand Jack works with the most, he was happy to install it. He also installed a ""precipitate pump"" that dramatically increased the flow rate. He was prompt, helpful, and very reasonably priced.

What a bunch of crooks! I called them to simply replace a gas line for a dryer - which would require literally unscrewing the old hose and putting in a new one. They didn't get back to me for two days (despite having said they would call back right away) to confirm an appointment they made. The morning of the appointment they called to say that they couldn't come out to do the work; instead, they needed to come out to provide an estimate (?!?) - and there would be a charge for that in addition to what they would eventually charge for coming out to actually replace the gas line - but they wouldn't tell me how much either the estimate or the work would cost. I ended up taking the day off to wait for them for nothing - and first had to find an honest plumber to do the work.

Was assigned by Home Warranty Co to repair my Hot Water Heater and he showed up same day. The part needed had to be ordered from GE and Jack ordered the part, arrived the next day and he came out and installed in an incredibly timely fashion. He is honest, straight forward and knowledgable. I will use his services going forward!

I would not recommend this company, got their name from home warranty. They could have done the work in on shot, instead took two days to file report, and didn't have another openign for a week, I would stay away.

You can call any plumber but this gentleman knows what he's doing, fairly priced and does it right the first time. Doesn't over sell and raises standard of integrity others should follow.
