please let me take a moment and tell you how Z saved the day. I came home from vacation to a clogged kitchen sink. I was trying to avoid an expensive plumbing call, so I tried drano, snaking the sink myself, etc. to no avail.

I contacted Z through yelp and he was immediately responsive and straightforward. he was also able to accommodate my evening availability due to my strict work schedule, without charging me an arm and a leg for an ""after hours"" appointment. he was straightforward with his quote, and then when he arrived, he was honest with his assessment, and up front about his fees. Z was also very clean,which was much appreciated! respectfully wore a mask, put on shoe covers without my prompting, and brought towels, trash bags, buckets, and cleaner to clean up all his work. I would not hesitate at all to call Z again if I ever have another plumbing problem (but hopefully I won't)! Thanks again Z!

I thought I had a serious leak and called Z in a panic. He came out that day, did a thorough search, taking pictures of everything underneath my raised foundation and I am pleased to report there was no leak. Even though Z ended up not doing any work for me I wanted to write a review on his promptness, his attention to detail and his customer service manner.

Next time I need a plumber I will call Mr Pipe.

We have a slide in range that did not slide all the way to the wall because of the existing gas line sticking out too far from the wall. Call Z and he came out to help. What looks like a simple fix turns out to be a little more work. Z made it work without doing a major project and came up with a solution. Very happy with the outcome. Z is very polite and professional. Will definitely ask for his help again.

My property management company called Mr Pipe after I requested maintenance on a dribbling bathtub faucet in my apartment, and I'm very glad they did.

Zlatko arrived on time, promptly diagnosed, and fixed the faucet (removing a screw that was obstructing the hot water flow). Not only did he quickly fix my plumbing issue, but he took the time to explain what was wrong and why it was happening.

I was also really impressed with Mr Pipe's customer service. Throughout our appointment Zlatko was professional, polite, and really helped to ease the frustration of a broken bathtub.

As a renter, I don't often get to choose who takes care of my plumbing problems. But I'll definitely be calling Mr Pipe the next time I need a knowledgeable, trustworthy plumber.
