Unreliable and very unprofessional! Not only did they not do a proper heatpump installation which had a refrigerant restriction preventing it from heating the house, the unit was also installed without aux heat strips which are for really low temperatures. They wanted to blame everything on an unrelated electrical wire that had nothing to do with the situation. After getting a second opinion from a close family friend that is an HVAC tech I was told that a part in the heatpump had a factory defect but that this company wanted to make money by telling stories so i wouldn't be covered under warranty. They tampering with wires from the control board to make it seem like it was not working and had to be replaced. That other tech fixed the problem in one day and these guys had me and my family withstanding cold for approximately 4 weeks with stories and not showing up. God is good though and karma will get back to them for being scammers and dishonest people. The only reason I contacted them was because they did the original instalations on my recent purchased home thinking they would do everyting in a day and I would just pay a diagnostic fee etc but not all this BS. Had i known this and I would never had contacted them. Stay away from this guys. People work for money buy they're strictly money over service for them. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were a subcontractor and ruined my house. During the pressure test inspection of my new bathroom addition, they did not tighten the plug. It blew, flooding my 1st floor and shorted out my stove. They ran the pex tubing for the hot water heat, hot and cold water lines for this bathroom all together. So in the winter I have to run the cold water for 3-4 minutes before it gets cold. They improperly sized my A/C units. Installed a vent that went no where in my new additional living room and now the sheet rock taping started coming undone from the humidity. They splice the fan control wire with the A/C wires in the terminal block in the wall stat so I could not run the fan unless the A/C was calling for cooling. All ductwork connections were held together with duct tape. Duct tape!!! Which is now coming apart. Not to mention my attic looks like one of those pipe screen savers from the 90's. Years later and I am still fixing their mistakes. Oh and their techs came in high and smelling of pot. When I confronted the GC, his response was, ""well what do you expect, these are not union guys you are use to"". Like WTF does that mean. I would not let these guys unclog my toilet!!! I sh@t you not.

My water bill came and it was 3 times the normal amount. I was looking for a plumber and I was recommended to Mr. Pipe plumbing. He came out in a quick response. He did some investigating and found one of my toilets was running on and off causing me to use more water than I usually do. He showed me the problem got the parts and fixed it ASAP. He was very polite and fair in price! I would definitely recommend Mr. pipe plumbing and heating to Anyone looking for and Honest person.

I contacted two other companies before finding Mr. Pipe, and Hector was the only one that was willing to come out & meet my tenant in the evening hours to fix an issue with the hot water heater. It ended up being a easy/quick fix, and I appreciate Hector making himself available to come out in the late hours, last minute, as well as his honesty! I will definitely use Mr. Pipe again, and recommend them to others in my condo building!

Just as the tag line says, affordable, honest and reliable. Hector Fixed a wall hung toilet with an the wall tank system for me as well as my furnace that broke. I wanted to upgrade my furnace and instead he suggested alternative ways of improving my system. Very honest - he could've easily went along with what I asked for and charge me for a whole new system. I highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the service from Hector at Mr. Pipe! Héctor was accessible both through messenger as well as phone. I was even able to send him pictures of the issues with my sink since I'd had expressed my urgency of the repair. He was able to come over within 24hrs and evaluate the situation. For the same price it would have cost of fixing the problem he installed an entirely new sink and vanity for me the following day!!! The job took less than two hours to do from start to finish!! Customer service was beyond excellent as he also followed up to see if everything was satisfactory days later. I will definitely be referring Mr. Pipe to anyone I know in need of a reliable licensed plumber!

Over the years Mr. Pipe has done all kinds of repairs at my house. He has repaired faucets, toilets, the boiler and even fixed the issue we had in the basement with sewage backing up into the sink. He is always prompt, courteous and best of all - budget friendly. I appreciate his explaining options rather than trying to create more work for himself.
