We've been using Dave for many years. I think maybe 15 years. He has always been available within a day or two and has repaired everything perfectly. If it's an emergency, he's always managed to come out the same day! Two nights ago our water heater broke at 10 p.m. No hot water. The next day my husband called Dave at 8 a.m. Dave was at our house 2 hours later and replaced the water heater in 1 hour. We were up and running again, just like every time Dave came out for any repair we needed. We highly recommend Dave! He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, friendly and very fair priced!

I made the mistake of telling Dave that I wanted an estimate for some work I needed done at my home. He said he would call and let me know what time he would come over the next day but he never called. I feel he is either untrustworthy or insecure about bidding on his work and that is why he never called.

We had a clogged kitchen drain and called a local plumber who gave us an ETA. They didn't show up then called hours later to say that since it was now after hours, the estimate was now about double the original price! We told them to take a hike and then based on excellent Yelp review ratings, called Mr. Pangus Plumbing. This company not only accommodated our early service call time, the plumber showed up on time, did the work for the estimate even though we ended up needing a new portion of pipe. He was very nice, did a great job and smelled wonderful. We would definitely use this company again!

Dave Pangus ripped me off... my work was slow and I found his ad on Craig's list. I contacted Dave and met with him. We came to an agreement to do work for him for a small percentage. He decided to not answer my calls and return my messages when it came time to pay me. This man is a thief.

I'm only giving 4 stars because of 2 things: 1. Dave didn't get back to me about a quite for a job on my house and 2. Jesse didn't turn my water back on after changing out my lines to the water heater.

That said, those are minor things to me because I wasn't going g to do the jobs I was asking about right away and for the second one, I was surprised but knew what I was doing so I turned it back on and no biggee. If someone didn't know, it would've resulted in a different story for them.

Now, I called them because my water heater decided at an inconvenient time to quit and spring a leak. I called around a couple places and one was $300 more than the heater they sold me and was 10 gallons less capacity. The other (located in Redlands) won't quote prices for water heaters until they come out to the house and look at the situation. How hard is it to say,""x brand costs installed but price could vary because of these factors"" (guess I'll leave a review on that company after this).

Since I had previously spoken to Dave about this I knew roughly what the cost would be. He kept that price 3 weeks after the initial consult and quite. What was good was that he came out late and installed the heater finally leaving around 730p or so...all in all, a good job done. It was done quickly at a good price so I'd recommend this company. I should mention that he did my neighbor's house for the same reason.

I wouldn't hesitate in calling for additional work if it comes up.

I called in the morning and they came the same day. They cleared the clog in my kitchen sink within 30 minutes and certify the work for 30 days. I don't understand the negative reviews. I would recommend them!
