Mr. Nice Guy did fantastic work for me. Re did 2 bathrooms installed a wall air conditioner, widened 2 doorways, replaced my water heater and the list goes on. They went above and beyond to get everything done before my husband came home from the hospital. I definitely recommend Roy and his crew, Juan and Yogi. Also my dogs loved them, Roy brought treats for them and cookies for me!!

My previous landlord used Roy as handyman, and I liked the service. So when I bought my condo. I kept using Roy. All I knew about the service rate was $65/per hour in weekdays. I requested the service, but two other guys showed up, Juan and Yogi. Finished job in an hour and left. But the bill came with a higher hourly rate because two men did the job and charged for three hours! (I am not sure whether they include commute time).... so when you request a handyman service, be careful of the rate, weekday rate, weekend rate, one man rate and two men rate are all different. And the point is they don't let you know until they bill you. Also, record the service time if service is not done by Roy the boss.

The turnout for my story was Roy adjusted the rate for me. But he said ""I know my men didn't lie""... Well I have been always nice to all my contractors cuz I respect all of them.

As summary, I like the service always. But billing should be more transparent and honest.

Mr. Nice Guy is the best! He put in an in wall air conditioner in one day, with no fuss. Great Job. We would use him again without doubt. He is polite, kind, friendly, extremely skilled, quick, knows his stuff. A gem.
