In a time when many of us experience questionable customer service, and, all too often, mediocre work, Mr. Marcus is embodiment of professionalism, superior workmanship and fair pricing. After experiencing a hot water pipe burst that caused major flooding in my ensuite bathroom and lower level, needless to say my plumbing situation was severe and required immediate remediation. Mr. Marcus arrived on- time at my home early on a Saturday morning and began accessing and addressing the problem. Additionally, he illustrated the cause of the problem and gave me a detailed explanation of required steps which was instrumental in managing my expectations.

I ended up doing a total bathroom renovation which required an additional time commitment from Mr. Marcus. Throughout the process, which involved a couple of design changes, Mr. Marcus was extremely calm and flexible to all the changes. I upgraded to a Hansghroe shower system and I was extremely please with the level and quality of the work.
