Mr. Lee is as honest as they come. We had him do everything from deal with clogs to re-pipe our whole house. On the small stuff, he would not only fix the problem but teach me how to fix the problem in the future so we wouldn't need to pay to have it fixed. I learned a good amount of light plumbing from him and it's saved me thousands of dollars over the years. He's a good egg.

His service was fast, clean and efficient and got the job without anyone at the party even knowing he was there.

My water heater decided to die, my 3 toilets needed replacing and I had a leak in the wall from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen. I called Mr. Lee and he was out to my home within hours. Mr. Lee (Herman) assessed the situation, told me exactly what what needed to be done, and promised to be back the next morning at 8:00 a.m. He returned exactly at 8:00 the next day with his helpers, completely protected every inch of my home with plastic, and proceeded to remove the old and install a new water heater, (which was located in a closet on the second floor balcony) not an easy task. Although the process took several hours, by the time he and his crew left, you would have never known they were there.

The following day they returned to install the 3 toilets, again on time and again no mess.

They made the necessary repairs on the upstairs leak and have completed the job as promised and very quickly.

I think every plumbing company should take lessons from Mr. Lee's plumbing. They are professional, honest, have excellent pricing and are a pleasure to have in my home.

Mr. Lee replaced part of my main sewer line due to major roots growing within in. I was having frequent back-ups.

Overall, the service I received -- whether it was technical, labor, or customer -- was terrific.

Mr. Lee's Plumbing not only knows their stuff, but they exhibit professionalism at every level. They made sure that things were done at and for my convenience as the customer -- not the other way around as I've so often experienced.

Mr. Lee was also patient with my questions and level of involvement. (This was a large job, and as the customer I wanted to make sure things were being done correctly!)

The replacement went smoothly. He followed his estimate to a ""T"" -- no surprises, no extra charges.
