The promptness of service and quality of work was good. However, I feel I was really taken advantage of. It was a Sunday morning, I am a senior and I had to get a friend to the ER (heart failure) urgently. However charging me $1800 for a new water heater (which I may or may not have needed) was a little over the top. I will NEVER use them again. Nor would I recommend them.

They showed up at 9:30 pm on a Friday night when my main line backed up and flooded both my bathrooms. They were able to get the clog out and everything draining. However, I told him I had the exact problem 2 months ago, they charged me $265.00 and he said, well you got ripped off. He then tells me the only thing he can do will cost me $792.00. It was the exact same thing but he ran a camera. The camera broke during the clean out...so...it was basically useless. He could not tell me the reason for the clog and did not guarantee his work for any length of time because I have a clay pipe. I think I am more frustrated that I asked if there was anything cheaper and he said this is the right way to do it....however it did not do anything, so technically he ripped me off more than the first guy.
