Edgar to the rescue! My contractor left my faucets un-Installed and my dishwasher un able to close with a loose and rickety install. The dishwasher was leaking and spraying allover my kitchenEdgar came quickly and properly installed the dishwasher! He corrected all leaks and even went to the hardware store for the correct connection hoses the contractor forgot! He also got me a state of the art Soap dispenser and installed it along with all my faucets so I could actually wash my hands. Everything is perfect and fixed thanks to Mr. Flowright! I have Edgar on speed dial! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Mr. Flowright Plumbing and Rooter has amazing customer service. Our tenant reported that the water heater went out yesterday and we arrived back into town this morning to check it out and it was definitely out....and found Mr. Flowright Plumbing and Rooter via a friend who recommended him after finding them on yelp. From the first phone call to inquire (they picked up immediately and were so responsive, to scheduling the appointment, to the completion of the installation and then removal and disposal of my old unit, everything was so seamless and the technician Edgar was so thorough and patient in explaining what was happening, what the recommendation was and walked us through step by step what he was doing. In just a few ours we had a new water heater installed, and up and running perfectly. I really appreciate Edgar's demeanor and how he explained to me how I could make sure to maximize the the life of my new water heater with different maintenance tips! I highly recommend this vendor!!!

I contacted them in regards to upgrading my parents water heater to tankless. They scheduled an appointment quickly...it's been almost a month since they came. Great explanation of what to expect, we were looking forward to using them for services but we never received the estimate after they came. Not verbally or by email. Asked them for it twice. Both times were told we'd get it. Still haven't. When they came their was a Hispanic guy that came with the owner who told my dad that ""the appointment is taking too long Like usual and people don't hire us making it a waste of time."" Maybe they don't hire because they don't receive a quote. A service can't be purchased if we aren't told how much it's going to cost. We didn't use them since we never heard from them again. I'm disappointed because I went based on reviews and it seemed great but wasn't.

Really great service! We had a slow drain that we expected would need snaking, but it became unstuck when Edgar came by to do the service, but he was willing to do some other jobs we had been putting off on the spot! Responds quickly and super friendly, good Covid protocol too.

Edgar is very professional does a great job! he came out to our house in Sherman Oaks and did a great job on the with the toilet, even though the job was more difficult then anticipated and it took him much longer to do, he did not ask to be paid more. Thats great customer service! We offered and paid him more because of his professionalism, efforts and customer service. Will always call Edgar in the future!

Really impressed by the Mr Flowright guys. I couldn't use them because the scheduling didn't align but they gave a very competitive bid and also suggested doing the work in ways that would really future proof the ADU plumbing that competitors did not even mention. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness.
