I requested a quote providing the problem and photo via Yelp and he responded immediately with a flat rate in less than an hour. He arrived within the time frame same day 2 hours later. I had a clogged shower. Edgar said he disinfects his equipment prior to entering home. Edgar was professional with a mask, gloves, and shoe covers. Job was completed in less than 30 minutes. I found my go to plumber.

Edgar is magic. We called him about a few small items in our house and he tackled them, and even a few others, quickly and competently. He actually saved us a lot of money by repairing / adjusting older items we had thought we would have to replace entirely, AND he deduced that our water pressure was far too high and thus we were wasting water (and money) unnecessarily. Edgar is the best. There was a problem with our water heater that was caused by s previous plumber. He fixed the water heater and then came back and did a temp fix for the shed because water was leaking in. He came out soon as he could get to our house to get us back hot water. We wish we had only ever used him. Great!

Edgar replaced the shower valve, trim and added a new shower head and hand shower and bar to my bathroom. What looked like a simple job turned out to be more complicated but Edgar did really fantastic work. He also quickly fixed another clogged shower head that a previous plumber told me the repair would involve buying a new valve set. After the work, they cleaned the area up better than it was before. At the end of December, 2019, Edgar and one of his crew fixed my shower that was leaking. When he was done he said to call ANY time if there was a problem and also said there was a 30 day guarantee. A week & a half later I texted him to let him know that the dial/knob kept traveling after turning it on making the water hotter and hotter and it would not stop doing it. He texted me back and said he would be there over the weekend to handle it. He no-showed, never called or texted. I have called him twice and texted him 3 times and still no response. I paid them $1700.00 for this job and I cannot get him to make good on it. I am not impressed. I may have to hire someone else to fix it as the shower is not safe to use like this. This is VERY bad business; I feel cheated out of my money.

We've used Edgar and his team twice now in our home. Once to fix a leaky pipe under the sink and once to replace our water heater. He did excellent work both times and is very reliable.

Our water heater was tricky because it was not up to code and in an awkward spot. We spoke to 3 other plumbers who all had different suggestions and price points on our best fix. Edgar's suggested fix was the most convenient, economical, and suitable for our situation. His rates are fair and he did a very thorough job.

It's hard to find vendors to trust and who won't take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Edgar was very helpful and I'd easily recommend him to a friend.

I have been SO lucky to find Edgar and Mr. Flowright Plumbing, after being jerked around by another plumber who wanted to charge exorbitant rates and do drastic work on my parents' house.
