If you're looking for plumbing company who's honest and tells you what it is and how it is, then you've found your match. Edgar and his team are on top of everything with constant communication and professional all throughout the project. I've worked with them on multiple commercial and residential properties and they deliver Every. Single. Time. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended !

I cannot say enough positive things about Edgar and Flowright plumbing, but this company has gone above and beyond for me, my family, and my home. Edgar is prompt, respectful, fair, and treats your home as if it's his own. During this difficult time of covid, Edgar's team wore masks and booties (during rainy days) and was very attentive to ""social distance"". Edgar picked up plumbing fixtures for me so I could avoid going into stores, he installed a hot water heater at 8pm - because he just ""made the time"".... and he even brought Ajax and cleaned out the tubs for me after a pretty bad clog. This guy is a gem and if you're reading this comment, know I found him on Yelp, too. Thank you, Edgar!!! You are a rock star!!!

Edgar is an absolute gem and our savior! Our tankless water heater started leaking and it became obvious that it would need to be replaced. We spoke with two other plumbing companies that are highly rated on Yelp but so glad we ended up using Flowright. Details on my experience with the other two companies at the bottom of the review, if you're interested, but after a lot of back and forth with them, I'm so glad I randomly found Edgar here on Yelp and made the call.
Edgar was honest and upfront from the beginning, being very transparent with the pricing, which was much less expensive than the other places I had contacted. He also came within 2 hours of my call, which was around 4:30p last Monday. Once he heard that I had two young children, he made sure it would be fixed that day. He showed up as it was getting dark and stayed past 9p to ensure it was set up perfectly.
Edgar even came back a few days later when I called bc one of the faucets wasn't heating up as quick as it used to. He quickly fixed that and then also looked at two other unrelated minor plumbing issues and took care of those for no charge.
We have definitely found our go-to plumber from now on! My kids were so thankful that they drew him a picture too.

For a little comparison, below was my experience with the other companies:
-- The first plumber we contacted was one of those bully types that tries to force you into a decision. He also got defensive when I mentioned that I was talking to other plumbers and accused me of 'drinking their kool-aid' - dude, grow up! Although it seemed like he knew what he was talking about, it was just too uncomfortable to deal with.
-- The second company told me they could come by noon when I called that morning. I admit that I may have taken too long to make a decision bc I wanted to do my due diligence in research and they couldn't even tell me the model that they wanted to install before they went to the supply store. But, when I finally decided to go with them (lesser of two evils between them and bully) they told me they could no longer make it that day and were booked up for the next few weeks. A little heads up on that would've been nice!

I requested a quote providing the problem and photo via Yelp and he responded immediately with a flat rate in less than an hour. He arrived within the time frame same day 2 hours later. I had a clogged shower. Edgar said he disinfects his equipment prior to entering home. Edgar was professional with a mask, gloves, and shoe covers. Job was completed in less than 30 minutes. I found my go to plumber.

Edgar is magic. We called him about a few small items in our house and he tackled them, and even a few others, quickly and competently. He actually saved us a lot of money by repairing / adjusting older items we had thought we would have to replace entirely, AND he deduced that our water pressure was far too high and thus we were wasting water (and money) unnecessarily. Edgar is the best. There was a problem with our water heater that was caused by s previous plumber. He fixed the water heater and then came back and did a temp fix for the shed because water was leaking in. He came out soon as he could get to our house to get us back hot water. We wish we had only ever used him. Great!

Edgar replaced the shower valve, trim and added a new shower head and hand shower and bar to my bathroom. What looked like a simple job turned out to be more complicated but Edgar did really fantastic work. He also quickly fixed another clogged shower head that a previous plumber told me the repair would involve buying a new valve set. After the work, they cleaned the area up better than it was before. This was some of the best services I got from a plummer in a long time. I had them come replace my Garbage Disposal. He was on time, quick and left me with a lot of great tips so I wouldn't have the same problem I had with the old one. Great customer services too.
