ROGER is the man. So nice and helpful. He came to inspect a leak that we thought might be a leak. He knew right away that it was not coming from the floor and told me it was the gutters outside. That time he didn't even charge for his visit. I called him to remove the dishwasher when we we're putting in new floors. He was super busy but he took the time to help us out. He came when he said he would and very knowledgeable. He's the plumber I call whenever I have plumbing issues. Have nothing but great things to say about him. I highly recommend him.

I have Roger's business card permanently fixed to our refrigerator in the kitchen. He's the professional plumber I call when I can't figure it out on my own. I am one of those frugal homeowners who will spend an entire day trying to fix something first via YouTube before calling on the professionals. Roger was recommended to me by the guys at Larry & Joe's Plumbing Supplies, so if you know and are local to Northridge, you know to trust the recommendation of those guys.

I've had several occasions to call on Roger -the last one being this past weekend when the shower valve leak I *thought* I had fixed kept leaking even worse than before. To make a long story short, Roger persevered over the course of a couple of visits to fix our leaky shower. It wasn't his inability -rather it was due to a faulty part that I had purchased from a big box store (sorry Larry & Joe's, but I was desperate and you guys were closed by 5pm on Sat.). He could've charged me for the second visit, too, but he didn't.
