If you want something fixed, don't call Mr. Fixer. I spent a lot of money to have a switch on a timer installed. It has never worked and all I got was a run around when I tried to get it resolved. I now have to hire another electrician to replace it. Buyer beware!

I was referred to them through another company when I was looking for someone to look at my dishwasher, which was making whistling noises during the wash cycle. They were very responsive and communicated with us clearly when they were going to arrive. The guy that came was very nice, I appreciate that he wore a mask and let us know he was vaccinated without us asking. He asked us questions about what was happening with the dishwasher and explained to us what was happening. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell us expensive repairs. In the long term, the issue was not fixable (the parts are no longer available) but they gave us some other solutions to work around it. They were definitely fair with pricing. They were great and I will definitely be reaching out again.

Our bathroom toilet tank overflowed and we needed to have it fixed. After searching on Yelp I found Mr. FIXER nYC. I communicated with Nas and he gave me a reasonable price. We scheduled a convenient time for my schedule. I explained that I had already ordered a Flushmaster repair kit from Amazon so he priced me $180 for the labor, which is reasonable and he stands behind his services. He and Kenyatta came and replaced the parts within my toilet tank, in no time. They cleaned up behind themselves. Now my toilet is flushing and filling up correctly. Thanks Nas and Kenyatta for a great job done! I am very happy with your work and I would definitely recommend you and use you again for future repairs. Read the other yelp reviews--thats what convinced me that they do great work.

Mr. Fixer was a great find! Nas and Kenyata were professional, prompt, and even saved us some money when we all realized that the job we thought we wanted was prohibitively expensive and suggested an equally viable but much less pricey alternative. Being very busy, I especially appreciated that they gave us a particular time frame in which they would arrive and kept us updated so that we would be able to plan. It is good to know that this type of service is available in our area (Great Neck, just east of Little Neck Parkway) and I would gladly use Nas and Kenyata again.

Though there were some issues with timing, and delivery of parts for the multi-visit repair of my washing machine, Nas and Kenyatta were stand up guys. When the final stage of my repair was completed with a slight error, they came immediately the next day, and rectified the problem...free of charge. A class act.

Nas, Kenyatta and Mohamed are very skilled, honest and professional handymen. They did what they promised to do and even more...They did a complete renovation of my apartment. The job is spectacular! We signed a 2month contract, they honored the contract. These guys can do anything and there is no job too small or too big for them. I'm living in my dream apartment... What an incredible company. Nas is fantastic at fixing anything. He is polite, Clean and so knowledgeable. This is the 3 time we have used Mr. Fixer and we highly recommend them for what ever you need done.

I used them a few years ago and they did poor work from painting to tiling. Plus they are overpriced and they make you sign a contract with no local address so in other words you cannot sue them for their poor work. These two guys are crooks and prey on single females with their overpricing but Karma is a bitch and they will pay sooner or later. Do not hire them.

Called Mr Fixer because my washer/dryer tripped the circuit breaker. I spoke to Nas who was very pleasant and professional on the phone. He arrived as scheduled & talked me thru their process. There was a charge for diagnostics of approx. $200 which is rolled into the cost of the repair. I have to say that their service is NOT cheap but they work quickly, they are clean and they educate you about what's going on in your house. I would use them again because I'd rather pay and have the work done the right way.
