What an incredible company. Nas is fantastic at fixing anything. He is polite, Clean and so knowledgeable. This is the 3 time we have used Mr. Fixer and we highly recommend them for what ever you need done.

I used them a few years ago and they did poor work from painting to tiling. Plus they are overpriced and they make you sign a contract with no local address so in other words you cannot sue them for their poor work. These two guys are crooks and prey on single females with their overpricing but Karma is a bitch and they will pay sooner or later. Do not hire them.

Called Mr Fixer because my washer/dryer tripped the circuit breaker. I spoke to Nas who was very pleasant and professional on the phone. He arrived as scheduled & talked me thru their process. There was a charge for diagnostics of approx. $200 which is rolled into the cost of the repair. I have to say that their service is NOT cheap but they work quickly, they are clean and they educate you about what's going on in your house. I would use them again because I'd rather pay and have the work done the right way.

I've hired Mr. Fixer NYC to do several jobs for my elderly parents and they always do outstanding work! The two repairmen, Nas and Kenyatta, are courteous, patient, professional, highly skilled and a pleasure to work with!

This time around we needed them to replace the electrical outlets in one bedroom and install a new ceiling light fixture in the basement. Nas went to Home Depot to get the fixture. HD didn't have exactly what we wanted, so Nas called us up from the store and made a recommendation on an LED fixture that turned out to be a significant improvement over our old one.

When it came to replacing the electrical outlets in the bedroom, not only did they do a great job on the installation, but they took the time to setup and reboot my parents VOIP phone, which had stopped working when the outlets blew. They also went out of their way to do some wire management on all of the plugs and extension cords coming out of the computer, monitor, modems, etc. They transformed it from a spaghetti mess of wires to a beautiful, streamlined cable wiring setup.

The next time we have work to be done around the house we will be calling Mr. Fixer NYC. Thank guys!!

Nice guys but found them to be over priced, more so then a most licensed contractors and they also wanted a waiver signed stating they are not responsible for their work. At least with a licensed contractor you have some sortbof protection. They get 1 star for being prompt and the other because I really liked them but not their prices or their contract.

They removed a cabinet and installed a a dishwasher, completely from the ground up tapping into new connections and dealing everything up flawlessly. They were also very professional and asked before they did anything that would possibly damage or alter anything in my home. I recommend them & will definitely use them again in the future. Ask for Nas

I first hired Nas and Kenyatta through Amazon when I purchased a huge swing/slide play set. When I made the purchase of the out door play set, I was given the option to have it assembled for an extra fee. Knowing how big this play set was I paid for the set up. These guys were great and assembled the entire set. I was so impressed with them that I decided to hire them again for some patch work and indoor painting. This is were I only give the 3 stars. So, initially they came to my house and looked over what needed to be done, then a work slip was created with the description and cost of the job. A date was scheduled, however, I had to cancel and I rescheduled a few months later. Then the date came for the job to be done. Only Kenyatta showed up because Nas had to tend to another job. Fine, no problem, as long as job gets done. The job took him a bit longer than anticipated for me...I understand it was only one guy doing job and might take longer. So now its the following day and both show up, and not as early as job was suppose to start. Nas could not find the original order slip and good thing I had mine. I honestly felt that the job would have went smoother if we would have spoken on the phone prior to the appointment to go over what had to be done and how much time it would take. Honestly for the money I paid, which was over $1000, the job was not as clean as I had hoped. Everything seemed rushed on their end and not perfect. Again for what I paid, Yes, I expected perfection. To this date I still have one room that has not been finished painted. I expressed my concerns to Nas and he did apologize but just left me not happy. Kenyatta is the sweetest person and I feel bad even writing this, I just want for anyone who does hire for painting, that they get the service they pay for.

I have been searching for help with getting a number of projects done in my home. The most immediate need was for electrical work . Nas came to my home and explained the process to me in detail as well as the cost for the work, which was very reasonable. They changed switches and updated 15 volt to 20 volt to manage additional electrical load.
The work was done quickly and efficiently. I had an additional issues with some outlets which Nas and Kenyatta took address. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.
I have additional work to be done in my home for which I will definitely be contacting Mr. Fixer. It is comforting to find a company I can trust and have confidence in the work they do.
I wholeheartedly recommend them.
