Great service! We had a plumbing issue when we came home from work at both of our bathrooms. We found Igor online and called immediately. He came promptly and was very professional and quick. Igor of Mr. Fix has done a number of jobs at my now former home in Sunset Park. During the Halloween snowstorm of 2011 when we went to turn on our heat we discovered that the pilot in the furnace was not lit and that we needed a plumber. It being the weekend I set out to find a 24 hour plumber. Igor picked up the phone immediately when I called and told me he could come over in a few hours (he gave a 1 hour range). He asked me to text him my address and said he'd call when he was on his way. He was prompt and professional. It turned out we needed a new furnace. Igor purchased the furnace for us and installed it the following day. Everything was clean when he left and the work was well done.

Later that winter Igor added a gas line for our dryer and installed it for us. We left him the keys to the house so that he could work while we were at work. He locked up and even texted me a picture of the completed job before he left. He came back the following evening to pick up the check from us, double check that we were happy with the work, and dropped off a bottle of wine as a thank you for our business as his business was celebrating an anniversary (he also brought an ice cream cake for me since I was pregnant at the time :) ).

A few weeks ago I called Igor again because of an emergency. It was a Sunday morning and he immediately picked up when I called and knew who I was and had my address. My husband had gone to move the gas dryer and stove out of the house and into our new house, but he wasn't able to get the gas shut off at the stove because the hardware was too old. Igor arrived very soon after I called him and was able to get the gas shut off and wouldn't accept any payment for his time.

I would absolutely call Igor again with any plumbing issues.

I generally agree with Nadia's review. I don't know I would characterize the work as a bargain, and I didn't ask if they're licensed and insured, but the technician was quick, reliable, professional and knowledgable. I would definitely use them again.

Fast and professional service. We at Confidence Beauty Salon and Spa called them to ask to fix the pedicure chairs at the salon and to install new ones. The technicians were fast and very knowledgeable. It took them two hours to install the equipment; they did not leave any mess and left area clean and neat. It is now working totally fine. They do not charge much for their services and answered all our questions after work was done. We would definitely recommend them to others.
