I should say Brian did replace my water valve for the washing machine and put in a new faucet that I had purchased already. It was an easy faucet to install, as told to me by another plumber who told me to buy that kind. Both of these items took a total of less than 1.5 hrs. $500 . He claims he told me the price over they phone. He said $350 for new valve and $150 for new sink. The $350 is the general price ""per job"" he charges. I want to pay fair wages, but that is insane!!!!
I will not have him back.. He was nice, though. I feel super swindled. He doesn't book more than a day in advance.

Bryan was really accommodating with the appointment time as I live in Oakland but work in San Jose and had agreed to meet me in the evening time after I got off work. He had quoted me a very great price to help fix a clog in one of my drains. In addition to the drain, I informed Bryan that I had a leak in my kitchen sink. He took a look and told me that the piping was not done correctly and that I should change to plastic pipes. So he had agreed to change out the piping in the kitchen sink as well on the spot. Bryan did a great job, was fast, and professional. He has very great prices and is very knowledgeable. I will be definitely be using him again. Thanks Bryan!

Life's little victories delivered to us via Brian aka Mr. Fix It. Right before the long weekend, our shower was starting to back up, which usually means a fully backed up drain is right around the corner. A quick search on Yelp and the positive reviews of Mr. Fix It Right drew our attention. And yes, they are spot on.

I called, explained our situation and they were at our house in less than an hour (happened to catch them as they were leaving another gig, lucky me). The arrived at the time they promised and in a flash the drain was cleared out. Nice guys, fast, clean. Yeah it is good to start Memorial Day weekend with a victory.

A year ago I met Brian in search of a Plummer and came across Mr Fix it , I opened my first salon! It came as is meaning no running water and a very old water heater... Brian and his team came out on short notice searched for the problem and gave me a really great price! Mr Fix it even went to Home Depot to pick up my new water heater and installed it. Thank you Mr Fix it .

I also called Mr Fix it to install my new shampoo bowls!

Oh my goodness...it is not a good feeling when you get home from a day of hiking and playing in the sun and suddenly at 9:30 p.m. you discover there is NO (I mean zero) hot water coming out of your shower, even though it is coming out of every other tap in your house! I called Mr. Fix It Right and got in touch with Bryan (or perhaps he spells it Brian, I am not sure) and he was very quick to ask some helpful, focused questions to try and understand what was going on. We made a plan for him to come at noon today, and almost as soon as I hung up I realized that as an elementary teacher working in San Francisco but living in the East Bay there is NO way I could make that work! I called him right back asking if he could come any later and he said he could come at 3 p.m. This was getting better by the minute! I was able to leave school early and come meet him at my home. He and Mr. Dale came right during the time they said they would be here and came on it to look at my shower. Well guess what? You know how you call up the doctor about your sore throat and as soon as you get to her office you feel all better? That is what happened with my shower! Not five minutes after opening all the taps in the bathroom, plenty of hot water was flowing in my shower. HOW embarrassing! Mr. Bryan explained what he thought had happened and also offered some very helpful information about how I could quickly, easily, and inexpensively address a few minor ongoing plumbing issues in my bathroom. I asked him how much he charges as an outcall fee and he said a good yelp review was all he wanted--unbelievable! I felt awful taking up an appointment spot from a paying customer with an actual plumbing problem, but when I offered again he said he'd prefer a review over payment. You got it Mr. Bryan! If my shower acts up again I will definitely be calling you back! Thank you for everything.

I had a leaky toilet and needed the repair ASAP. I've had two plumbers visit in the past (to patch things up) and I knew there could possibly be a VERY expensive repair in store for me with the pipe not being bolted down to the floor.

That said, with Bryan's visit (in the middle of a heavy rainstorm) he was able to resolve the problem without having to replace the pipe and he got it bolted down; all at a reasonable cost. It appears the two other plumbers completely missed the problem that Bryan solved. I will be using Mr. Fix It Right in the future for any plumbing needs.

Called Bryan around 7:30. He gave me a 1 hour window from 9:30-10:30 and he came right on time. He cleared the clog quickly - only took like 10 minutes.
This guy is good and charged the advertised fee. He made a recommendation to change the toilet and when we decide to do so, we will surely ask him to come back and do it for us.
Punctual, honest, quick, and very reasonable fees!

Bryan Jackson to the rescue again! Usually it's roots in my sewer, but today my stubborn bathtub was causing me grief. Two days of Drano and plunging (blisters to prove it) and finally called Bryan. Always professional, reasonably priced, and prompt, he was out here in two hours (earlier than promised!) and was done in 20 minutes! Thank you Bryan, you're the best!
