Garbage disposal was broken. I contacted their company and scheduled an appointment. It was easy to make an appointment and Brian came right on time. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and knew instantly what was wrong, offered me several price options and even had a spare disposal in his truck. He replaced it in a matter of minutes. Bonus points! He kept the area extremely clean, even making sure there was no water leaking and wiped everything down. He made sure to take off his shoes because of the white carpets. All around, great service and also, was super friendly to chat with. I would definitely highly recommend over the bigger companies who give you the run around and high quotes.

Mr. Fix It Right has been my go to plumber for a few years now. Thankfully he only lives about 1/2 mile from me. A couple of years ago a neighbor's two immature adult sons leaned some folding tables against a not-so-stable brick wall separating our properties. The fence fell, causing our water line to burst. I got home about 8:00pm to find water pouring from the house into the street. I called Bryant and within minutes he had arrived and fixed the problem. This week, I called Bryant to look at a slow draining bath tub. He tried to snake it a few times with no luck. He then went into the crawl space to try another fix, and emerged showing me a video of two places where the pipes had been secured with old duct tape at the ""T"" points! He couldn't do the other fix or the ""rigged"" pipes would've probably burst. This was not in the inspection report when we bought the home 6 years ago (disturbing). It was obviously ""rigged"" like that many years ago, most likely by the previous owner. Bryant came back the next day and replaced the pipe parts. Then he looked at my kitchen faucet, which had very low pressure for the hot water side for the longest time. He said the problem may be in the faucet itself and That I may need to buy a new one. When he left, I checked it after a while and something had gone wrong and it was only dispensing cold water. I called Bryant back and he returned the next day, went under the sink, disconnected the faucet, and fixed it (no charge). Apparently there was a serious rust build up in the faucet. Now the hot water pressure in the kitchen is running like a champ, and we don't have to buy a new faucet! So glad to have Mr. Fix it Right as our plumber!

I can't thank Mr Fix it Right enough for saving the day, and saving me a ton of money on my sewer line break. My downstairs bathtub and toilet was clogged, and he came the same day (within 2 hours of my call)!! He showed up on site and tried a few things before delivering the news about my sewer line. The best part is that he replaced it the same day...by 4:30 pm my home was clog free! Such a blessing to have honest Plummer's out there! Mr Fix it Right is my go to plummer!!

I really liked this guy the first 4 times I used him. He will come quickly and at odd hours and keeps the price low if you pay cash.
See that sign for $69.99? I paid way more than that. Maybe I got special Alameda prices. The last time I called him, he wanted to charge me double what he always had but switched up the price on me *after* the work was done.
He also tried to put in a side sewer clean out for me. He ripped up my shrubs, didn't preserve and replant them and left a big mess when he was done. A friend in real estate told me he overcharged for the job. Every time someone sells a house their sewer main needs to be up to code so she sees a lot of side sewer replacements.
Disappointing.

I had a pipe burst and I called at 7:30 am and Brian answered right away. He said he'd be here in an hour and he showed up early. Fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced for emergency service too! Can't recommend them enough!

Timely response to request for quote. Reasonable flat rate price for replacing a kitchen sink faucet. Came next morning at the specified time and did the work quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use the service again.

Plumbers love to call sewer grinder ejector pumps ""shit shooters,"" even if the pump only services gray water and no actual sewage, so I will too...

My ""shit shooter"" burned out and oily kitchen water was starting to back up into my house. This happened 3pm on a Friday and I must have called 8 places. Bryan was one of the only to be responsive, but in the end I got three quotes for the fix: $1,100 from Rescue Rooter, $600 from another outfit in San Leandro, and $375 from Bryan.

He told me just what to buy at Rubenstein's, and we coordinated so that he could come first thing Saturday AM. True to his word he came out early, fixed the thing in 2 hours, and charged me as quoted.

Thank goodness I found this local independent company and saved myself several HUNDRED dollars. Nice guy who answered my several questions as well. Almost wanted to give a tip and will call next time.

I usually don't write reviews unless I'm extremely disappointed, but I was so impressed by Mr. fix it right plumbing that I had to comment. I was searching yelp for a plumber because my toilets flooded, I found Mr. Fix it right plumbing. He was professional, timely and the price was right. I really appreciate them for coming out the same day and fixing it right away.

Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing did an awesome job at responding to my S.O.S. request for a sewer lateral. I'm in the middle of construction and had no idea that a sewer lateral was required based on new City of Oakland/Public Works rules. Brian of Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing responded same day, provided a quote and pulled the permits on my behalf! They are competitively priced and they put in a full day of work to get the job done and to make sure I passed inspection. I will definitely use them again.
